Bad ice cream and bad customer service. They made the order wrong, ice cream was old and then they couldnt give me a refund as no one knew how to perform that task. I have to go back to try to get a refund tomorrow, total pain. Too much competition on Main Street for ice cream to give such a bad customer experience. Save yourself the head ache and go anywhere else but here.

If you want 2 scoops of disappointment then this is the place to get it. Out of myself and the only other 2 customers that came in, they literally didnt have anything that we asked for. Why have it on your menu if you dont bother stocking it? No brownies, no mocha ice cream, no peanuts and no espresso. Wont bother returning.

We came to the drive thru at 9 pm, trying to get ice cream. After sitting in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no answer, or any hold on acknowledging we were there, we went next door to Dairy Queen when we got our ice cream in the same amount of time we waited at the window for.

Great place. Nice staff except for that tall kid. Great service. Quick service. Never any problems. Im lack toes intolerant though, so two stars is a fair rating.

Paid $10 for 2 small chocolate shakes that states like new quick chocolate powder with stevia in it. Wasnt worth the money when Dairy Queen is right next door.
