Ive seen the phrase "home cooked meal" used more than once. What if your mom (or whoever did the cooking at home) wasnt a good cook? Last night was my first time eating at this establishment. It wont be my last, God willing! I had Country Fried Steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, peaches, and a roll. Every bit of it was absolutely delicious! And while I did NOT have a salad, I did walk past the salad bar. Everything looked fresh, so much so that I almost opted for that as my main meal. Ill be a return customer!

We both ordered liver & onion + 3 sides. Wife was OK with hers but mine was mostly a plate of thick gravy & onions with 2 tiny pieces of liver. The large glop of congealed gravy concealed the fact that there was so little meat. Complained to cashier who said I should have told the server. But we only saw the server when she took the order, when she first delivered it, and when we were standing up to leave. Sides were ok, just straight from the can like you get at a bulk food store.

Excellent food and service. Im uncertain what restaurant the other reviewer visited, but our experience was fine. Parking lot was a bit congested, but thats because the restaurant was crowded...quite popular, it was!! Salad bar was clean and well-stocked; food came promptly and was fresh, hot and tasty.

Very Good. Meat and 3 like old times, Plus a salad Bar!! Awesome! ..Cost only $5.95 Its whatever the days selection is...MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE BATHROOM..Only 2 for the entire place.I waited in line 30 minutes to use it.Food was excellent though. Nice family atmosphere and extensive salad bar.

Food was great. Prices are excellent for what you get. Staff is friendly and they pay attention to their customers. Parking can be a bit limited as this is a very busy place. Well loved by all the locals. Nice salad bar. Several items to choose from on the menu. Easy to spot from the road.

This place is nasty. I wouldnt eat the salad bar if I was you unless you want ecoli. When the salad bar watet get stopped up they use the toilet plunger on the sald bar the plunger that has already been used in the toilet! I will never eat here again.

My husband and I went there and was unimpressed. The food was bland, the salad bar looked disgusting, parking lot is horrible to get in and out of, and the employees treated you like you were a huge waste of time. I do not plan on returning.

Waitress was excellent, but the food is just revolting. Its cheap, sure, but its not worth the money. Wound up being stomach-sick all day because the food is drenched in cooking oils. Would actively protest against eating here again.
