I have met with family at the first location on a couple of occasions, it was never the best service or food in town but none the less it was a new atmosphere. After the new location opened, me and the ol lady decided to check it out, we decided to sit at the bar this given night even though we werent drinking. Upon sitting down a familiar face from the high school days spotted me and said my name, I hardly recognized him since I have been gone for the last 10 years while in the military, unfortunately the company that he was with that I have never seen before got up and told me that my father was a piece of $h!+ and that he was going to kill him, but first he was going to kill me and wanted to step outside with him. I told him to stop talking to me and turned from him and lucky that was the end of it. I was ashamed of how my bartender handled the situation, I dont recall her name however she was pregnant, she walked away from the situation and never got management. A few days later I decided to press charges and I went to the store on multiple occasions to talk to the manager about possibly getting the camera footage since we sat right in front of one. The manager came off as rather rude on both occasions and never called me back like he said he would.

First time I visited this restaurant we had to wait 40 minutes just to get our drinks. We got our drinks the same time as our food. Second visit was today and this time got our drinks right away but after 35 minutes waiting for food the waitress came and told us the kitchen somehow lost our electronic ticket. We said its OK and we will just wait, about 10 minutes later our food arrives and my food was good but my wifes order was wrong. She asked for no jalapeños and I guess they forgot and put them on her burger anyway. The waitress took it back to the kitchen and flicked them off and brought it back to her. She then picked the burger up and took a bite before realizing that they forgot to cook it. She ordered her burger medium well, it was rare. Her hamburger bun and fries were soaked in blood from the uncooked burger. They removed the cost of the burger from our ticket because we didnt have time for them to remake it. The waitress was very nice about the situation but after sending the food back twice the manager should have came to talk to us. Very disappointed.

We were in town visiting family and tried this place based on good reviews. It lives up to them. They have a pick a 2-meat platter that comes with 2 sides. It’s more than enough to eat unless you’ve been baling hay. I had the turkey and brisket. Both very tender and tasted great. The brisket had a little line of marbling but it was cooked so right to melt and wasn’t chewy. One of the sides I had was their Cowboy Beans. It’s their baked beans with shreds of brisket and onions… awesome! My wife had the turkey and a baked potato and we shared a 4-beer sampler. They have a nice selection. Getting here early helps. We pulled into the lot about 30 seconds before the next 4 cars then ran in to get a decent table. It’s that good

It was my birthday so I and two others in my fam went there the other night. Im not impressed. My meal was ok, not worth what it cost..brisket tasted like a frozen dinner meat, so did the turkey. The pulled pork saved it. Good beans, fatty 20 dollar ribeye, and my kid said her grilled shrimp were dry and tasteless..and the bill was almost 70 bucks before a tip! And what wannabe "fancy restaurant " doesnt serve rolls?? Also they forgot our salads. Big thumbs down and I was trying to have a nice bday meal..also the place looks awful, not a fancy restaurant look to me, and Ive been in many.

Very disappointed. Went on a Thursday night, there was no wait for a table as they where not too busy. The hostess had a horrible attitude just from us walking in the door. My glass was empty the majority of the time we where there. And they tried to gives us the check before we got our food. Luckily the Magician was able to keep the kids entertained for the horrible service we got. Food is just as good as it was at the old location, but the people are not.

This place is hands-down the best restaurant in the area. Excellent service and food every single time I have been there. They add new things and update their menu which is great, and have added many beers on tap among other things. They are moving to a bigger location because they are ALWAYS packed, and have said they will have big screen TVs and an area for live music performances. I am so glad to have this place in West Plains.

Very horrible place to go. 20 bucks for a steak and over half was fat. Will post picture. Whatever they tried to say was a country fried steak wasnt no where near that not sure what it was. Couldnt even eat 4 bites of it. Told the waitress how bad everything was and all she said was "Oh I love fat". Serious sarcasm from her. Had several complaints and her sarcasm just got worse. Mashed potatoes was even gross and runny.

I normally never, ever leave reviews but this place deserves it. Either your pulled pork is horrible or its the most amazing thing youve ever tasted and Savor Grill definitely has the best food Ive ever eaten. The pulled pork is juicy and the sandwich was over flowing with pulled pork. Then their Zizzer Burger with bacon and cheese is hands down THE BEST hamburger I have EVER had in my life. Five stars, hands down.

Edit from recent visit. Food quality has dropped off considerably. But the real reason is the service for the drop in stars. Waitress forgot orders at our table. Didnt come by to offer refills on our drinks till we was leaving. Went up the the front desk to get seasoning for our chips and the 2 girls behind the table just laughed that the waitress forgot the orders . Will not be back.

When their to eat asked for extra plates because we were shering food and they would not bring them asked for the manager 2 times and he was rude to me and he is the owner food is OK but not for the price and wait staff are not good will never go back oh and table next to us had a hair in their food and the manger/owner would not do anything about it

I give this place 4 stars because the service was wonderful. Our drinks never went dry and the food came out hot and the timing was good between the appetizer and the main course. My husband order the full rack of ribs and I had the two meat choices (pulled pork and Brisket). All were juicy and tender. They give 3 different sauces to choose from.

Cant support thoes who sacrifice to protect us. Cant support my brothers and sisters in uniform. Asking anyone in unoform to leave becausr they make your customers nervous, maybe you are attracting the wrong comstomers. That is your business, but i know you will no longer be atracting me or my family to your establishment.
