This was my 1st time eating here. And damn sure the last time I order from here. I heard the place was pretty good. Unfortunately, they didnt deliver to my address. So, I caught the bus to go get my food. When I made my order, I got 2 platters. One General Tsos Chicken, and an Orange Chicken, and Crab Ragoons. I specifically told the man who took my order NO BROCCOLI IN EITHER PLATTER, because of a food allergy. He said OK. So, I walked over to HG HILL to grab a couple things and came back. Upon returning, they began to make my order. And this is where the problem starts... Once my order was done, he placed that whole order in one bag. And it barely fit. I even told him its fine if you have to use 2 bags. But the man said HE GOT THIS. When I got home after having to make a over 5 minutes walk home from the bus stop, I gave the food to my fiance, who then went to look for his food. He told me there was broccoli in his food. Now, keep in mind, I specifically said NO BROCCOLI IN EITHER PLATTER! So I called back to vent my utmost dissatisfaction with the restaurant. His excuse, WE FORGOT, and WE SORRY. So, I asked for the $20 I spent on my order refunded to my card. He tells me to bring the food back, and I can get my money back. Unfortunately, I caught the last bus of the evening, so there was no way I was bringing the food back. And, on top of that, it was freezing rain outside. So, even though the food was pretty good, I wont be ordering from this place anymore. And will also be disputing the charge with my bank.

This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING & the service is terrible. Egg drop soup isnt supposed to be over cook egg gel substance. Sesame chicken shouldnt look & taste the same as orange chicken swimming in liquid. Vegi Lo main noodles should have noodles & the vegis shouldnt be mushy in a soupy sauce. Crab wanton should have crab in them not be a over fried peice of dough. Overall a huge waste of money as our family still went hungry as no one could stomach this slop.

Worst food ever! Idk how this place got so high makes. Theres only one group of people that would think this places food is good. I aint gonna name because I refuse to sound racist. When some of them are my friends but I digress. The only food I got that was enjoyable for the most part. Were the crab puffs and the egg drop soup. Every thing else I threw out because it was that gross.

You know the saying " dont judge a book by its cover"? Dont! Im visiting town for a week and found this place online. I was cautioned about the location but I decided to give it a try. Im so glad that I did! The food was VERY good, especially the egg drop soup. Very generous portions and the service was excellent. I ordered online and didnt wait 5 minutes at pick-up.

Read the reviews before eating in - definitely not a place Ill eat at again. Got sweet and sour shrimp, they were so hard and no flavor. The sauce is a lot of red dye. Vegetable lomein was bland. Its not a clean facility, I didnt see the heath code score and the chairs are mostly in bad shape. People coming in asking for money while I ate. Food is over priced.

Been going here for years now. Foods always cooked fresh and theyre crazy polite. Just got done reading other reviews and honestly Ive never had to deal with any of the aforementioned issues besidesvthe delivery amount minimum. Just face it people. Theyre in a shady part of town. Id charge more to delivery anywhere around there.

Good, cheap American Chinese food. I got the lo mein and bourbon chicken and both were good for the price. Im not sure why people are saying its disgusting considering you can see the whole kitchen and people are making the food fresh to order. With so few choices for Chinese take out on the east side, this is a great option.

Based on the reviews I thought Id give it a try but that was a bad choice. Mushy sesame chicken, lobster lo mein had a very odd flavor, super thick egg drop soup and the shrimp fried rice had the tiniest shrimp with little flavor. Not a fan.

I could not place an order for under 18$ and have it delivered because they have a minimum amount which sucked and you can not understand the person on the phone they dont know enough English to understand them thumbs down on this place

The place was dirty and nasty and the food was disgusting. I dont see how this place is getting good reviews when the mess theyre serving looks like pig slop. The best thing I ordered was a Sprite. Avoid this place by all means.

I just ate sesame chicken & fried rice & I loved it. The order was quickly prepared. The service was great. Its definitely more of a pickup or delivery style restaurant. I loved it. & it was a lot of food.

Egg drop soup was so thick and had no flavor, it was similar to hot gelatin. The sesame chicken was not good quality chicken, covered in a very sweet syrup. Pretty bad :(
