Was the worst expierience, needed 3 balloons and man was exasperated just doing 1. I understand that the day could have been rough, hell I have been there and I used to work for publix in Lebanon. That being said I have never ever treated a customer as badly as I had been treated here today, I have been at that breaking point but still I as a millennial can day I would have nor have I ever been in a situation that made me "unable" to serve a customer with a "bad" attitude.

Its kinda out there physically, but so worth driving past 3 or 4 other grocery stores. They are the only ones who carry half the stuff I want (ex: Kerrygold Garlic Herb butter? YES.), and its always guaranteed fresher than competitors. The prices are a bit higher of course, but you get what you pay for: quality, service, and more variety of products.

Sub par Publix experience today. Checker bunny actually got verbal with some other employees after items didnt ring up correctly. Apparently not the first time bunny has had issues. Other employees were helpful and courteous. I felt bad for them if she is prone to inappropriate behavior

Overheard a pharmacist being absolutely rude to what I assume was another pharmacy calling for price of one of their drugs based on the conversation. Never again will I get my medicine here. Someone needs to teach him that he is not higher than thou and show him some manners.

This store is one of the best locations in Murfreesboro. I have been to all but one location here and this one is by far the friendliest. I have asthma and cant go down the laundry aisle, there is one young man who did it for me when my son was not with me. #Above&Beyond

Extremely expensive, empty shelves, limited variety, limited stock on meats and produce, friendly staff (or else!), and snotty customers. A shoppers dream . Really nice the police were called to follow me around.

It is not a pleasure to work! Applied to be a Cashier, they schedule for cleaning and bagging. Staff are unethical, treat you as a teen-age. Low hours and favoritism big time!!!!!!! I would not recommend it to anyone.

I love shopping at Publix. You dont have to ask someone to carry your groceries out. They do it everytime. Krogers and Wal-mart has quit doing this. Plus they are very friendly here.
