OMG, where to start with this place.... getting food here is like pulling teeth to begin with. My husband and I have eaten here a few times and every time has been the same run around in getting a table and service. The last time we went was the LAST TIME I will ever go there, I dont care if they are the only place open all night. We came in from a concert late night and it was obvious there was either a problem amongst the staff (again) or it was just one of those nights that no one wanted to be there (again). I seriously considered contacting corporate. We came in to the bar full and about 3 tables taken, but every other table was full of plates and trash where no one would clean the table off from where the last people ate there. We waited patiently for about 10 minutes oddly standing there like we were not even seen. Finally another patron looked up at us and told us that she had to clean off her own table so that she would have somewhere to eat and I was dumbfounded. I heard the lady behind the counter arguing somewhat back and forth with a guy both stating how that it wasnt their job and I think I heard her say something about how it was time for her break. After about 20 minutes and seeing that if we were going to get anything to eat there we would have to wait on ourselves we decided to leave and I suppose give them a "break". Its amazing to me that these people would work here if they hate it that bad. If you have a job and you are getting paid for that job then you should do that job and be glad in this economy that you have it. Its pathetic.

This Waffle House is great to go to... during the day. But forget trying to get actual service at night or anytime past 5 in the afternoon really. Youll either be sitting, listening to two people argue over having to serve you, or not even make it through the door because of the ugly crew standing outside smoking and mean mugging anyone that pulls up. Its a fine place to go during the day, or really early in the morning, but anytime at night, just forget it. Full of rude hateful employees that worry to much about their smoke breaks then their actual jobs. I honestly dont know how theyre still working there.

I appreciate anyone who has enough pride in what they do to do it well and enthusiastically. Thats what they do here. They treat you like family, and that means ALL of them do. Even the cook came to our table to make sure it was all good, and every other employee there checked in on us often enough to let us know they genuinely cared about us and our experience while giving us time to enjoy the wonderful food. Will visit again on my trips from AR to NC. Repeatedly.

Horrible service, burnt coffee, eggs over cooked and tasteless t-bone fatty steak filled with gristle. If I could rate a quarter star I would...large puddle of dirty water left standing in front of cash register. Have been to several Waffle Houses over the years. This rates up there with my nightmare visit to Daytona in 2007! Which kept me away from WH for 10 years! Should I rethink my decision?

Was there 8/14/15 #485375913 @6:20 am. Best service ever anywhere. Treated us like a 5 star restuarant. Our server was the best ive ever had. Food was fast, hot, delicious. We left there feeling like royalty. Definitly will return, and recommend.

No service and very dirty, none of the tables had been cleaned, we stayed there for 15 mins with no service and left. We will never return to this Waffle House.
