I got to this Sonic at 3:05PM, and I was excited that it was happy hour for half off slushies and milkshakes. My mom and I got 2 drinks and a water. We ordered about 3:10 or a little before and waited. And waited. Until it reached about 3:30 and my mom asked how much longer. He replied with "Im so sorry. Itll be soon." Then, finally, at 3:50 (10 minutes before happy hour ended), we got our drinks. He was nice and very apologetic. He said we didnt have to worry about paying, which was very sweet. We probably shouldve left a lot sooner, but it got to the point where we didnt want to leave after staying there for so long. Overall, I would not recommend this Sonic. I feel bad for the staff as it seemed like they only had a couple of people working. Very poorly run.

Meh...What can I say. Sonic can sometimes be a great experience this one was so so. My sandwich although the flavor was good was served on Texas toast that was not anything but greasy the only word for it not even crisp toasted. I also dearly love cherry limeades butt whatever filtering system that theyre using at this particular store needs an improvement could taste the chlorine in the drink and it was not a good combination with the flavor.

This place is AWFUL. The restrooms are disgusting, the speakers only half work, they dont get your order right, they dont bring condiments, and when they finally correct all that 45 minutes later, they deliver your missing food to the car next to us. Then you order milkshakes and they take an additional 30 mins and they taste awful. Staff is rude and unapologetic but they sure dont care about righting their wrongs!

I like the food but usually takes entirely too long. Half the time the drive thru speaker doesnt work, making it worse. One night my husband and I ordered burgers, one plain one with everything. They made both with everything. We didnt want to wait 10 minutes or so waiting for another so he just scraped it. People on 30 minute lunch dont have time to wait. Maybe they just need more help there.

1st time, never again! Stopped after driving 4 hours and waited over an hour for food, when it did come some items werent ready, never got our drinks, food was wrong and fries were hard! Only had half our food before i just sent everything back,then had to wait another 15 minutes for our refund! It was awful!

Pushed the red button at 4:45pm didnt leave with are order till 5:25pm. We had had to keep repeating that we wanted a frozen mango limeade 8 times to the rude kid taking are order, and still got it wrong as well as one of are other drinks wrong. So happy I am just passing by it so I wont have to go back there.

The service was awful. People that ordered after me received their food before me. And after sitting there for 30 minutes made a call inside to manager and it still took another 20 to 25 minutes for food to show up and then all the order wasnt there.

Resident in Munfordville so Ive had the displeasure of eating here multiple times. I like Sonics food and there are very few choices so we keep coming back even though its consistently the worst service Ive ever had and they screw up every order!!!!

I know and I understand food service, low pay low inspired employees most of the time but when you see people trying and they are doing their best, and you down them well, I guess you have never worked in food service then have you??

Poor fries, tough chicken portion in sandwich. Worst of all was the chlorine taste in the cherry limeade. The drink is the only reason I stopped and it tasted so bad I asked for a refund.

We had Amy? as our waitress. She is sweet, kind, courteous and fast. The food was hot, tasty and good.We parked at the back in the first row. We highly recommend this sonic. thank u

Asked for a sonic burger with only ketchup and mustard and they gave me a cold burger wuth the garden with extra ketchup and mustard after I sat at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes
