My husband and son just stopped in there to get ice cream and was screamed at from the drive through window. The lady didnt once ask nicely to move our truck. Now let me remind you that my 9 year old son was there witnessing this whole thing. My husband explained to the "lady" that he would move the truck and thats what he did. Well once my husband and son got out of the truck this employee opened the window again and screamed "YOU CANT PARK THERE EITHER!" And slammed the window shut. My son started to cry and they left the Dairy Bar. If I had been there to see her make my young son upset I would of given her the lecture she deserves. Absolutely disgusting behavior and all in front of other customers and kids. Be an example and act like an adult! Shame on her! If youre going to run an ice cream place where children are always around you need to check your ego at the door and be kind. A simple please and thank you does wonders! Youve lost our business and we will be letting everyone know about our experience at that horrible place!

May have just been the worst experience of my life. In my 34yrs of life I have NEVER had such bad customer service! I was told I couldnt order through the drive thru because our farm truck was too noisy & "the fumes from it are just too much for me." My 5 year old son comment about how rude the 50 something woman waa the whole way home. I had my 3 sons with me & there was no way I was leaving them in the car to order at the window. She could have taken our order & closes the window, but no she had be more rude than I have ever encountered. I will NEVER go back!

I had a cheeseburger and strawberry milkshake. My cheeseburger wasnt bad. While I did finish the milkshake, I didnt think it was that great. Id visit again if Im in Lizton and really want ice cream, but I wouldnt go out of my way to.

I ordered a Butter Pecan shake, which tasted more like Vanilla with Pecans... extremely light on the Butterscotch which is a big part of a Butter Pecan shake . It could have been a little thicker as well.

We just stopped by on our way home. It was our first visit. I can say that they make a good chocolate malt. The staff was very polite, and the prices were OK.
