I had the worst experience today, March 4, 2016 at this establishment....First of all it took 15 minutes for the manager to take our order...(Catfish, turnip green and Cabbage) I had a coupon, in order to use the coupon I had to order a drink (ice tea no sugar). As I was eating my fish, I was chewing on some sort of paper (I pray it was not toilet paper) it made me so sick to think about it. I call the manager, let her know what had happen....all she could say was I will take it off your bill...she took off the meal but not the drink. I explained that I would not have gotten the drink if I had not had a coupon. Did it make a difference NO!!! As you know I will never return to this establishment again....but the worst part was that no one every came back to ask how was I doing or refilled my expensive tea with no sugar!!! :).. I dont want to say it is because I am African American. But everyone else got some type of treatment but my table. I will make sure I will tell everyone I know not to patronize this establishment!!

Brunch was good there. Liked all of the different breads we had and the chicken fried steak was really good. One downside of the food is that if you are looking for something healthy, not much to be had in the way of side dishes, but most dont come looking for that. Decor looks about the same as it did when it was opened, nothing special, but not bad really. Service was really good, very friendly, got us everything we needed.

Ive only eaten here once and ordered the cheese and sausage omelette with cheesy grits, the only grits that they offer and I was very unimpressed and somewhat disappointed. My omelette had way too much cheese in it and was very very average tasting, the grits tasted like Kraft macaroni and cheese. If youre looking for something a little different and a little special you wont find it here I wont be coming back.

Food was good but service is TERRIBLE! Waitress was not friendly at all and then I had a coupon and the manager argued me down about what the coupon clearly stated instead of honoring it. Then she threw the pen down on the receipt for me to sign. When I told her I would not be back, she said ok good. Never in life have I had a manager treat a customer this terrible.

Keep it short and sweet, a small diner with good food and waitresses who know what theyre doing. Faiir prices and tasty food, thats all that needs to be said. In NY they have lots of diners. Other parts of the country your only choice are corporate type breakfast/lunch places with clues wait staff.. This is more of a homey traditional old-school Diner.

Me and a young lady decided to do something different than go out for bar food. We decided to hit up West Street Diner in Germantown, TN. It was fabulous. The setting was great and so was the service. The food was very good. We will be returning there soon.

Never got to try the food. The service was terrible ,they sat two other couples before my family.Told hostess whatsup? we just left after they told us we would have to now wait for a table. If that is how it starts how would the rest of the meal go.

Ive only ever had breakfast here, but its absolutely delicious. You can tell everything has been made fresh, exactly how you order it, every time. The staff is very courteous and the atmosphere is wonderful-especially if you enjoy the 50s diner feel.

Ive been a Diner customer for well over 10 years. Best plate lunch in the city, hands down. Pork roast and sweet potato casserole are outstanding ! Restaurant runs like a well oiled machine, Thx Ron ! JC

Great diner. Breakfast is the specialty. I like the pancakes and the French toast is good as well. Good coffee. Good service. Friendly staff affordable pricing they have table seating and a diner bar.

Fun little restaurant. The breads are homemade while the menu and music are classic diner. Come here for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and you wont be disappointed.
