Average place. Boyfriend got the French dip and it was pretty good, I ordered The Monte and it was just weird. I would stick to the typical raspberry jam for dipping rather than the odd mascarpone cheese they put on it. Drinks are ridiculously priced. A small flute of a mimosa was $6. Saw the champagne they used, very cheap stuff. Drink menu has no prices either. We went for Sunday brunch, figured an up and coming place would have better deals. Waitress didnt really come around much. We were excited to explore everything the Railgarten has to offer. Well give it another chance in the future, hoping by then prices will be better.

With a couple of exceptions (Bibimbap salad being one), this is typical Southern bar food. The only true exception is that it seems just about everything is fried in duck fat. Wed rather be called health freaks and metrosexuals than eat food fried in duck fat. But, just like people dont go to strip clubs for the food, they also wont go to this place for their "chef creations" as much as for the ability to play ping pong and to avoid awkward mealtime conversations because there are other things to do while eating here.

The staff didnt seem particularly competent. The waitress tried to take our order by memory, without writing it down, and, unsurprisingly, forgot one of our partys order. Furthermore, the food was nothing special. It wasnt bad, but it was not worth the price. This place is one of the many who suffer from the delusion that putting unusual toppings on a mediocre hamburger can make it good. Maybe the other items on the menu are better, but, at the prices this place asks, Im unlikely to ever find out.

SOGGY FOOD. Last night we ordered the cheese curds and Korean Crispy Chicken Sandwich (upon the cashiers recommendation). The "crispy" chicken sandwich was super soggy and the bottom bun was so mushy that I couldnt even hold my sandwich to eat it. The cheese curds were soggy as well. I was really disappointed!! Railgarten- holla at me if you wanna give me some actually fresh fried food to redeem yourselves ha. But the atmosphere is great and its a cool place to chill with your friends.

We brought a busload of youth to this new place and they LOVED hanging out in the backyard, which was comfortable, entertaining and breezy the day we went in early June. Everyone also raved about the delicious food! It was very nice to have a place downtown that we could enjoy instead of just running through like a cattle call with 36 individuals to feed. The prices are not low, but it was worth it.

It was nice weather so we sat outside. There are a few things for the kids to do and plenty of outside seating and bars. Honestly, it was almost like going to a friends house and hanging out in the back yard. Didnt eat any food so I cant say much about it. Overall, good experience. Knocked a star off because of lack of parking.

Great place to hang out and enjoy drinks. Its a surprisingly large place tucked in the middle of midtown. Theres volleyball, ping pong, a stage for live music, and even tons of room for kids to run around. The food is awesome but a little pricey. Even so, its our new favorite hang out.

Great food and great experience. There was included gratuity of 21% for a party of 2... I asked about it and the waitress said it wasnt, so I tipped anyway. Got my receipt and had tipped 41% :/ probably just a mistake, but I would take a good look at your recipes.

Love it!! The food was great, well the burrito breakfast at least, lol! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff! Have to come back and try the Parlor and experience the outside atmosphere. A lot of games and also indoor ping pong! Great addition to this area!

Fresh food, but lots of fried selections. Food was very heavy. Would not consider this restaurant to be a good value, at all. Hot dog w fries is $10. Premises clean, fresh. Service good. This is a hipster place. Nothing more.

Wow. This place is FUN. Kids and adults can act like kids. Ping pong. Sand volleyball. Playground stuff. Indoor and outdoor diner. Ice Cream shop. Projection screen and lawn chairs. Relax and have fun.

We went there with the kids, they loved it. There is so much for them to do there that they did not want to leave. We loved the ice cream bar but the chicken tenders from the kids menu were not very good.

The entire grounds is very innovative and impressive for a former Memphian to come back home to. My gf and I loved having a drink and getting a ride on the big tire swing outside. So much fun!

Great food! My wife and I split the pork belly sandwich and the Korean chicken thigh kimchi sandwich. They were both awesome. My daughter ate the burger and said it was, also, very good.
