Pizza was good but the service was AWFULL! Guy at the counter was having some sort of argument with one of his workers while he was taking orders and one watress we saw was going out of her mind trying to handle the whole place. She was actually talking about walking out and quitting in front of customers. Asked for forks 4 times and was told they didnt have any clean ones! Got our own refills in order to help out the waitress. Finally got another guy out from the kitchen to help wait tables and he really tried. Table next to us left without ever getting thier order. We waited a very long time as well. When we were done, we had to ask for our bill and then wait in line to pay! I tipped the kid from the kitchen who was trying his best but for the first time in my life, I walked out of a resturant without paying because the service was so poor.

Our family was moving from Mi to Wi and stayed at a near by hotel. We also called over and over again with no answer. When I finaly did get a hold of someone They took our order wrong. It took a long time to delivery and the food was SOOOO BAD WE THREW IT ALL OUT! And it wasnt really cheap either! Cant call back to take the food back cause noone answers! I dont know who all these people giving any good reveiws are but the foods NASTY! Do NOT eat here! We strongly do not reccomend! Jimmys had really good food and charged just as expensive but at least it was worth the money! I ordered the meatball sub which was awful! The "garlic bread was a small peice of bread barley cooked with no flavor! The pizza was greasy and Nothing special!

The waitress and other staff were very nice during our day visit, we had their beef sandwiches which were phenomenal and suprisingly better than any Ive had in a while. Only knocked a star off because we ordered their pizza that night and the delivery took well over an hour and a half, but they were likely busy so I wont go too overboard. Pizza was actually pretty good but the breadsticks were mediocre. To summarize, this place is a very nice joint for such a small town and its definitely worth atleast trying.

My wife and I have spent many weekends over the last 25 years in the New Buffalo area and have sampled several of the local pies. We recently ordered a large thin crust with canadian bacon, sausage and onions. The crust was exceptionally thin, crisp and perfectly baked. The toppings were abundant, fresh and flavorful. This was by far the best pizza weve found in West Michigan. We now refer to it as the Champagne of pizzas...making this restaurant the Champagne Villa Nova! It was nineteen dollars well spent!

If I could give negative stars, I would. We bought two kinds of pastas and two sauces. The pastas were clearly frozen and the sauces came from a can. The pastas were then prepared poorly being both rubbery and wet. Charging over $10 a plate for poorly prepared, prepacked foods is appalling. The service was equally bad. My only guess as to why there are any positive reviews for this restaurant is based solely on the scarcity of competing restaurants.

Service with a smile and good food. It doesnt look terribly nice from the outside, but the people are friendly. I really got the impression that they were quite proud of the restaurant and the food they make, and that they were very happy to hear that I liked the food. I recommend their homemade ranch sauce; it goes well with almost anything there.

Awesome pizza with THE BEST history wouldnt order pizza in Michigan if it was not from VillaNova. The pizza originated in Stickney a close superb off Chicago. The original location has been open for over 50 years. Keep up the good work. This review is coming from a person that lives in Chicago. This review should go a long way!

Was there for a pickup order, had beer spilt on me. Because waiter didnt want to clean up his mess. All most was a major disaster when waitress stepped on ice spill. Tried to warn her but to late. Get my order worst pizza I have ever had. One thing about it will never go back. Get your act together......

Terrible service waited over 45 minutes for a slice of pizza and a beef sandwichwhen asked why such long wait they said they where busy. When I finally got my food no apology was offered other than a sarcastic have a good night by one of the employees. On top of that the pizza sucked.

We ate their lunch pizza buffet. They didnt have a huge selection, but there was always fresh pizza available. Great thin crust pizza and friendly staff! They had hot giardiniera pizza on their buffet, which was a first for us, but one that we would eat again in a heartbeat! Delicious.

I ordered the Rueben Pizza Thursday night and it was so delicious! It was literally heaven in my mouth! The sauce was on spot and the flavor of corned beef and cabbage was on point and very flavorful! Definitely will be ordering a couple more!

Pizza was delicious! Flaky crust and sauce perfectly seasoned. You cant beat the prices, and, our server Rachel, was extremely friendly. Definitely our new regular place over the popular velveta burger joint when we come to town.

Today it was first time my family and I went to Villa Nova Pizzeria for Italian foods. It was very good. Oh they get us cookie with ice cream for free because of my dads birthday. It was nice.

Pizza took an hour and a half for delivery, disappointed due to burnt crust, oversized sausauge, and overall undersized... also the price is ridiculously out of range. Do not eat here!!

Among the best pizza within a hundred miles. Highly recommend. An old style Chicago thin crust pizza, not the in vogue artisan, neopolitan style popular in limited circles.

Simply the best thin crust around. Homemade sausage and incredible pepperoni. Cant go wrong. Im a big fan of their original place in Cicero. Just as good here.

Had a really nice meatball sandwich. Perfect bread, tasty sauce. Staff was friendly. Cute place, but no wine or beer with that pizza!

Great thin crust. Although a bit over priced - $39.75 for a 16" cheese and 16" pepperoni. Wheres the 18" or coupons?

One of the better Buffalo pizzas we have had. A tasty thin crust, cheap garlic sticks and a variety of toppings.

Really good, southwest Chicago style thin, crispy crust pizza with a not- too-sweet sauce.
