Yes I would love to rate and review your restaurant the people that work there are the most incompetent people Ive ever met my life they tried twice to get my order right and it still did was not right they were very rude and inconsiderate and the food was not good at all we ordered extra crispy chicken and got a bucket full of soggy chicken if I was a CEO I would shut that place down or fire everyone there and start over again because they do not have an idea of whats going on when you have to wait 45 minutes for an order and they bring it to you twice and its still not right I would look into that if I was you and for rating I give it a -3 will never go there again and will tell everyone I know never been treated so badly in a restaurant before the only reason I gave it a one-star its because there is not a negative 3on the chart

I dont even want to rate this! Maybe its a bad day but this restaurant is DISGUSTING. All of the tables have food and crumbs on them. A few tables even have trays left over. The floor has food all over it. I got honey mustard and they were cut open and sticky from it! The service has no emotion. To work front register you need to have a welcoming attitude, whether you want to be there or not. The dining room is nasty and the service is terrible. The trays our food was served on werent even cleaned! I dont believe Ill ever eat here again... Someone could have cleaned up the dining instead of standing around...

Call colonel Sanders Army cause this heavy weight fox is in the hen house !!!! Let me tell ya folks after having the family pack with 3 sides of gravy made me feel like Randy the rooster !!!!! Oh how i was so flattered by the staff giving such great portions to this full figured gentleman.....i must say i had to blush a bit as my order was filled with such wonderful smiles from the staff......and above all it was "BUCKET LICKING GOOD"

Definitely not impressed with this place whatsoever! On top of how long we had to wait for our food and then being out of mashed potatoes, their service was absolutely terrible. Also our server had no teeth and was very rude. Her body odor was almost unbearable definitely would not recommend anybody come to KFC in Dickson Tennessee

We stopped in there on way home from Arkansas and we went in and got the buffet and the chicken was sooo dryed out. Another lady and I had to ask for chicken. The Mashed potatoes were soooo thick that they wouldnt even come off the spoon hardly. The sweet tea wasnt sweet at all. Now I know why there wasnt many people in there.

Ordered family bucket with sides, Nashville chicken since I wanted to try them. Grandbabies love eating from here plus the staff is always friendly and prompt with orders. Go try for yours! Ask for April shes been there a long time and has great people skills.

I have never seen such a nasty restaurant in all my life. It takes them for ever to get your order for you and when you do get it, it is wrong. The bath rooms smell and are very nasty. I dont like this place at all.
