Waitress Name: Dawn #555 This was the worst visit to a restaurant we have ever experienced. It took fifteen minutes to even get our orders taken and another 30/40 minutes for our food to be delivered. When our food was brought to us both the orders were entirely wrong, probably because our waitress didnt write it down. The place was packed and at first, we were impressed that she was able to take our order without writing it down. Unfortunately, the steaks were completely tendons and undercooked. We politely asked our waitress Dawn to take the steak back and have the order fixed. She responded that she would take the steak off the ticket and we could just finish the remainder of our meals without offering to replace the steaks. At this point we were getting upset because we have been here for 45 and she was not even attempting to fix the problem. She was very rude and dismissive to us the remainder of our stay. The steaks was brought out the second time and was pouring blood and was equally as bad as the first. At the end of our meal we asked for a receipt, since this was a business meal, and she replied "Oh, you will get your receipt" in a very very rude way. We eventually found another employee who was busing tables and generously tipped her for her assistance in finding the restaurant manager. When the manager arrived we explained the situation and he listened to our problem but did nothing to make it right or attempt to solve our issue. We will never take our business clients to this establishment again. Dawn should not be working with the public. She is very rude and passive. The manager is not doing a great job at keeping the customers pleased or happy. We have taken into account that this was an extremely busy night at the restaurant but our service along with the surrounding tables was terrible. We were very regular customers to this restaurant for personal and business purposes. After this experience we will simply not be returning and we will certainly share this experience with the people we know. Its a shame that our once favorite restaurant is failing to provide any kind of customer service and is very disappointing to see that no one has stepped in to fix this stores many problems. We just thought you should be informed how the Ruby Tuesdays name is being set to such low standards. Especially in a town that has such a slim selection of fine dining.

Sabrina was our waitress when we ate here on March 12, 2011. Our visit was on a Saturday evening about 7 PM. There were four in our party. We did not have reservations, but we were seated in less than five minutes. Sabrina came promptly and took our drink order. We all had water with lemon. She served our drinks and took our meal order. She asked if we wanted chedar biscuits which she brought immediately. Each of us ordered something different for dinner. One ordered the Smokehouse burger cooked medium-well with a baked potato. One selected the rib-eye steak, cooked medium with baked potato and roasted zukini. The third person selected cheese and brockley soup with the salad bar. The salad bar had a broad selection of fresh items. The fourth ordered the bady back ribs with mashed potatoes and brockley. The service was prompt and the food was prepared just as we had ordered and served by an assistant. During the meal we were asked by two additional persons how our meal was. Sabrina gave good service with a smile while giving attention of our needs. We are in Crossville on vacation and enjoyed our visit to this Ruby Tuesdays.

This particular ruby tuesday is just awful. There are so few restaurants in town, that weve given it a chance about 4-5 times. Only 1 out of those was a good experience(this is why I give it a 2, they do have potential if they would just TRY). The servers are slow and unfriendly, the food takes forever to come out, and either its over cooked or undercooked. The bartender does NOT know how to mix drinks, had to send mine back twice, and when I told the server there was NO alcohol in my drink, the bartender tried to be a smartass and sent me STRAIGHT tequila(had ordered a tequila sunrise). Its very dissapointing, because Ive been to other Ruby Tuesdays when out of town, and the food, drinks and service are usually excellent.

Ordered the large chicken strip dinner. Asked for extra honey mustard sauce. First off, received one container of what honey mustard that was more like melted butter in consistency. The chicken strip breading was horrible. Only 5-6 strips in total. Considering this dinner is $11.99 I would expect more. The onion rings were wonderful though. Next time, I will order something different. This was just not as satisfying as I had hoped and I had looked forward to it all day. The hostess was wonderfully polite and friendly. Great atmosphere. Just not happy with my food choice.

I have gone there every once in a while and always regretted it. The foor was usually what you would expect, but the service was rotten. The bartenders would just stand at the end of the bar and talk with other workers, and any of your needs seemed to be a problem. The last time I went, however, there was a new girl behind the bar named Diana. She was great! Very good attitude, very prompt, and even made my husband laugh(not easy to do - he is very picky). I will certainly be back to see her again. If you go, make sure to ask for her, as it will make all the difference!

I was SUPER dissatisfied with my visit to Ruby Tuesdays at Crossville on May 27, 2011 at 9pm. My food was absolutely terrible. When manager was notified he had them fix another order of the same thing which was no better than the first. He had a MAJOR attitude problem and was very unprofessional and I will NEVER be back in this restaurant. I went on May 28 2011 around 9pm. I have never had a manager act this way. He will lose this place a lot of customers with his attitude because he already lost them some tonight.

The food was absolutely disgusting the potatoes tasted of dirt the skin had the texture of rubber it was absolutely old and not washed the chips with our appetizer were stale the waiter was ok other than the fact he covered are table with drinks to try to cover up the fact that the food was absolutely horrible and he was aware of the situation and there were a few other customers that were not so quiet about there dissatisfaction so if your ever in Crossville TN pass this restaurant up.

Got Chicken Bella.....it was way over cooked, and rather than re do it, they just piled on extra cheese and mushrooms and sent it out to me. It tasted charred and awful. Obviously I sent it back to be redone, but it NEVER should have left the kitchen like that. The supervisor personally took care of it and made sure it was done right. Good customer service, and the second time it was much better.

Worst place to eat in Crossville. Waiter and Managers were terrible. We did not get half the food we asked for. When we told her she said I know and then walked off. False advertising their drinks. We got three drinks and not one of them had a taste of alcohol. I sent mine back and the waitress said people send these back all the time. DONT EAT HERE No customer service for a restaurant in a small town.
