It was the most horrible experience that I have ever had, I ordered an omelet with bacon and cheese and a cheeseburger w/cheese and ketchup only and fries with a coke and was charged $29.09, when I questioned the manager he said I was charged for two meals and that was how they did it, when I told him I did not have two actual full meals, he said there was nothing he could do about it. I will never go to this restaurant again due to this, and will be telling all of my friends not to either as it is a rip off. I will also be notifying Andy Wise because I believe I was cheated at this restaurant.

I came here last night around 7. Our waitress took forever to even come get our drink order, then got our drinks wrong!!! We were waiting to get our order taken, while we see our waitress running in and out from outside!! She comes back smelling like smoke, then proceeds to take our order. The food took a good 30 minutes to get to our table. We asked for a manager, and waited for him to come out, but never saw him!! HORRIBLE experience. I will never come back.

I came in with my dad and my sisters at around 7:30 and our waitress was awful. It took her forever to.come take our orders and didnt come back to check on us after we got our food. They were all to interested talking to each other to be bothered with the the customers. I wondered why the place was so.empty. Even the other customers got bad service and we all had different waitresses. The food was just ok.

TERRIBBLE SERVER GEEEZZSUS. One of the server was not being so nice so I gave her no tip. The thing is, tip is suppose to be paid as a gratitude of the service. As I walk out side, the I hear the server mumble under her breath about me not giving a tip. Overall the service was terrible. To be honest though, the food was good... not gonna lie...

Went here once and it was fine. However when we left we left our money on the table and left. The manager proceeds to chase us to our car and insist we were dine and dashing. Very rude. All they had to do was simply LOOK at the table but theyd rather chase us down and instantly accuse us of stealing. Very disappointed

I love Perkins, We have a couple of them here in Memphis. It is one of my most favorite places for breakfast. The staff is top notch, the price is good, the food fantastic. The atmosphere is good but the staff brings it to topnotch. I love the GOOD MORNING attitudes.

I eat here at least twice per week. The service is always extremely good and the food is absolutely fantastic. The pancakes are to die for. And deserts...OMG....made from scratch every day. My favorite place to eat in the east Memphis, Germantown, Collierville area.

Came here after a church event and was greeted by friendly staff. We had a great time just laughing and cutting up waiting on our food. I dont believe it was actually that long but the manager paid for our meal. We will definitely go back!

I go once a month to the one on Poplar Ave. in Collierville to see some of my retirement friends from MATA!! We have a good breakfast w/coffee and we enjoy the food very much and we have a good time on the 3rd Thrusday of every month!!
