Fuji Cafe by far has the BEST sushi in town!! Their house soup and salad are also delicious! The food is always fresh and delicious--my rating is based on the food! It is a quaint small restaurant with a great Japanese atmosphere. If you are hungry, go early and your service will be quick and your food will come out quick! If you wait a little later into the night, you may have a short wait for a table since the place is a bit small. Also, the service gets slower when there are more people eating, but its worth it! ENJOY :)

Great Sushi, Great Service. You walk in and they give you a bowl of Miso soup to start while you look over the menu. Asparagus roll was fresh with a great second layer of flavor (they added a little horseradish). The crispy shrimp futomaki (thick/wide) roll is delicious. Salmon Nigiri and cucumber roll were also hits. Their sushi as a whole is very flavorful but sometimes the flavor seems to be present to hide the lack of freshness. However, they have the best vegetable fried rice Ive ever tasted.

THE BEST!! The best service, the best sushi, the best prices, it doesnt get any better than Fuji. The menu is has a great mix of unique sushi rolls and fresh sashimi as well as signature entrees. The staff is always personable, the resturant is always clean and the atmosphere is always comfortable. I eat there weekly and have never had a poor experience.

Amazing! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff is friendly and welcoming with excellent service. One of the waitresses remembered me from years ago from another restaurant and asked me how my brother was doing. The food is just so good youll want to unbutton your pants so you can eat it all. This is my go-to sushi joint in Collierville.

This has been my favorite Sushi place for 5 years. They always know me by name and service is always super respectful and fast. Snow mountain Roll and Crunchy Roll w/ Shrimp are the absolute best!!! Anybody that thinks their favorite sushi place is Osaka or Stix CLEARLY have never had Fuji

This place is amazing, except that it always seems to be closed for lunch :( But the shrimp tempura is good, and the Rock and Roll is the best tasting food I think Ive ever placed into my mouth. Ive been craving it for a while...

We decided to try their sushi based on all the good reviews I had seen, and I will never go their again. There was no flavor to it at all and it was overpriced. I will stick with osaka from now on

Awesome food! Even though the waiter messed up our order and some drinks from the menu were out of stock, the quality of food compensated for it. Fuji rolls are our favorite now.
