If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I had never been to DaVincis, but I read some good reviews, so my husband & I decided to have our wedding reception meal delivered by them. I placed an order for DELIVERY back in March for my wedding this past weekend. I live in Virginia, but my wedding was in Kentucky, so I had to place my order & pay for it over the phone. I ordered 5 boxes of 4 different types of pizza, 2 different types of pasta, & 2 different types of salad & asked that they charge my card the $25 fee for delivery. They ran my card & told me it had gone through. I checked my bank statement, & there it was, my card had been charged. Fast forward to my wedding day this past weekend...the delivery was set for 5:45 pm. 5:45 pm came & went & no one showed up. My family didnt want to cause me any stress, so they called DaVincis without my knowledge after I started asking where the food was. Two of my brand new family members ended up having to drive all the way from the wedding venue into town to pick up the now cold food & unload it at the reception. Not to mention the fact that both pastas that we ordered werent even in the bags! The day after our wedding, I was informed of what had happened by my husband, so I called DaVincis the next business day. I spoke to the assistant manager who took my order back in March & she said that they never charged my card for the delivery & that they had it written down as a pick up order. She also didnt have the pastas that we ordered written down. How is it my fault that they didnt charge me for the delivery? How is it my fault that they didnt write down that I ordered 2 types of pasta? Our wedding ceremony was at 5:00 pm, we were done by 5:30 pm, the food was supposed to be at the reception at 5:45 pm and it wasnt. We didnt eat until 7:15 pm. When we asked for a partial refund for our trouble, they said they couldnt do it. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. This was the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Terrible, terrible management!

Pretty good food in general. I was pleasantly surprised by any food worth paying for in Hopkinsville that I would bring a date to. A couple of points worth mentioning, its more of an old school red sauce Italian joint. Dont expect true authentic Italian. We had the carbonara which traditionally has pancetta, eggs, black pepper and either pecorino Romano or parmesean origiano. They add cream to their sauce which would make real Italians roll their eyes. It was still very good and well worth the prices which are very affordable and the portions are generous. They topped it with cheese which I feel 90% certain was the variety that is pre shredded and separated by cellulose powder. Personally I would not serve pre shredded cheese in a place of my own nor use anything but the best origiano or imported varieties. The Salmon was very good, crisp on the outside. I wish I could have ordered it medium but it was properly cooked and had a good taste. It was served with spinach which was over cooked and possibly of a frozen variety. I understand people think spinach should be cooked to a mass of green grass like clippings but its best just wilted on a light sautee. The bread was excellent, no complaints there and the tiramissu was good. Not the best Ive ever had but its one of those things thats great even when mediocre this one was a 7 out of 10. I know this sounds harsh but all in all a worth while experience for the location and price. I would go again. As long as you know what you are walking into you will be happy with it. The service overall was outstanding and friendly. You would have to at least travel to Nashville for a better Italian place.

We ordered and waited an hour for the food. After thirty minutes of waiting they blame it on my dads 16 oz Ribeye claiming the steak is "really thick and takes a while." After waiting an hour WE asked for bread at our table since the calamari appetizer wore away. In case you were wondering I was with a party of five with a reservation. Another guest apologized to us which was more than we got from our waitress. At the end our waitress did offer us free desert for our wait. The final waiting time was 15 minutes for seating and 1 hour and 15 minutes for food.

The food is always amazing! The waitresses that Ive had have all been extremely nice, easy going and helpful. This restaurant is on the small size inside, so during lunch hour this place tends to fill up. This may also play a role in why sometimes there is a bit of a wait for food. This could also be because they cook to order. However, the wait is definitely worth it. Though this place isnt great for a quick bite, it for sure makes it up with the amazing food and great service!

Marvellous! We arrived after the posted closing time, but the chef allowed us to be seated. Party of three, and we all sampled each dish. Owner makes his own sauces, and they were among the best Ive ever had: Alfredo, house meat sauce, and the ravioli sauce was a mix of both. Calamari and tiger shrimp on the side . Ill definitely be coming back in the future! Friendly atmosphere, lovely waitresses and delicious cuisine.

My favorite restaurant in town! Delicious food! Lots of variety on the menu, something for everyone! Calamari, hot Italian sausage spaghetti and lemon cello cake would be my recommendations! Good portions for very fair pricing! Service is always good, usually great. You may have to wait, but thats because they take time to cook you real food! Very worth it!

I really loved the fried calamari one of the best I have had. The bread and dipping oils were amazing. The frutti di mare was good but not the best I have ever had. Hard when you have lived along the ocean your whole life to compare when I know live in the middle of the country. The cannoli was awesome too. We will be back soon

Made reservations a week in advance. Arrived 20 minutes early and was seated early. Food is fresh, full of flavor, not too rich, and served in a timely manner. Bread is out of this world. Desserts are insane. Actually took extra canolis home for next day. You have to add this to your places to eat.

My wife and I eat here regularly the food is always very good for a reasonable price. This last time I had the l 16 ounce Ribeye and my wife had the lasagna the steak was very fatty but overall had a very good taste not the best cut of steak but very good flavor. The lasagna was very good overall.

I was disappointed that there were no Italian restaurants in Clarksville - glad we made the drive to Da Vinci! The food was spectacular! Very reasonably priced for date night. The restaurant was very clean and the servers were friendly. Well definitely be visiting again!
