We were headed to Moes but decided on Qdoba because it was closer. Bad decision! The service was absolutely horrible. No wonder the place was nearly abandoned. There was a new guy working that obviously needed more training but it didnt seem like the other 2 employees were willing to help. When the female employee was instructed by the manager/shift leader to help, she spoke to the new guy like he was an idiot. Then they proceeded to take the people behind us order before we were done ordering and on top of that I had to ask for my sons applesauce and milk which comes with a kids meal (this was after I had already told them what we wanted) and the female employee seemed to have an attitude about it. Lastly, the food was not great. The chicken was so hard and dry, it was almost "chip a tooth" worthy. Next time I will go the distance for Moes!

The food is good. The service was great. We bought all 6 tacos and they were good. Our main problem was the difficulty of eating them. They had a lot of salad which ok, but made it a little soggy. My wifes favorites were the Bohemian and the Mad Rancher, and my favorites were the Gladiator and Triple threat. As for the price, unless you are getting the steak, I cant justify $3 per taco. Otherwise, it was a good first visit. Next time we will have to try the burritos and the taco salad.

Food was great! Poor customer service. The entire time I was putting in my order the girl getting my food and the cashier were having a conversation and I almost felt as if I was interrupting them by letting them know what to put on my burrito. Maybe the food industry seems easy and you may not get paid a lot but if they are ever planning on having a career theyll have to develop some manners!

I went to this Qdoba location last week, and got horrendous service! The lady at the register had an extremely bad attitude. Not only that, but the chicken was like rubber, and inedible. The veggies tasted really rancid too. I had to throw my entire meal away. I would give this particular Qdoba negative 5 stars if I could. Never give this location your business. You will be sorry you did.

Worst Qdoba I Have Been To!! The Black Lady That Looked Like A Boy Was A Complete B!TCH!! They werent open when they were supposed to. The burrito tortillas were cracking as they wrapped them This whole experience was terrible. Nothing was ready when they opened. Absolutely poor customer service. I will most definitely not come back to this location. 1 Star..

I came to eat about 8 pm and they didnt have steak. The manager didnt apologize or anything. Instead I order a burrito witch by the way was lukewarm to cold. Everything in the line looks old and that it was there for a few hours. I wont come back. Chipotle has better service and ambiance.

Out of rice, took 10 minutes to get more, same with beans. Guy didnt know how to work the machine so the whole ordering process took about 20 minutes, chicken was burnt and the employees didnt apologize once for the poor service. Wish I had gone to Chipotle.

The food wasnt bad, about as good as you can expect for fast food. The staff were very unorganized & acted like they didnt know what they were doing. I got there right when they opened so they werent busy at all, so I dont know why they acted so flustered.

Hoping this was an off night because the staff was incredibly rude. One of them was in the process of screwing up my order and she directed a literal eye roll and a headshake my way when I tried to confirm my entree. I walked out right then and there.

We used to like this place, but last visit changed that. Pinto beans were extremely salty. We asked manager to taste them, so she did. Her face soured and she removed the beans from the serving area. She was nice, but we wont be back!

Not worth the money. For a large chicken burrito you get 3.5 ounces of chicken which costs about 6 dollars. Insanely over priced.
