We just moved to Florence and didnt really know of any "good" restaurants that delivered except for pizza. When we found that this particular establishment delivered we were ecstatic. When we called to order the young lady I talked with was very kind and courteous. It took about 35-40 minutes to receive our order which is pretty standard. Upon opening our bag we found that one of our sides of rice was missing and our steamed pork dumplings looked rancid. The sweet and sour chicken was good but nothing to rave about. The bbq spare ribs were good. We did not call to complain about our rice or dumplings since this was our first time ordering from them. Thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt. Overall, the service was good and food was just okay. Not sure if well order from them again.

I was excited to find they deliver about three weeks ago. Since my family orders gets take out at least twice a week. However last weekend we called several times ,but no one answered. I just called and was informed that no longer deliver

The food is good, and the location is convenient but the people working either dont know whats on the menu or theit menu changes very frequently. Several times Ive called in orders and they prepare the wrong meal.

Very rude!!! Brought my food back because it had an eyelash in it and they were very nasty about it. Strongly advise you to never eat there!!!
