This email is long overdue! I have been to KFC in many places/states and never have had such a bad experience as this location! I live in East Providence and have to go to the east side kfc in order to get a good meal with great service! I have tried several times with months in between to see if maybe the staff would be better but no! I have paid for meals in the drive through only to wait 15 minutes or more and then told they dont have any more chicken or mashed potatoes, etc! Or I go in and have ordered and received the wrong order/cold food/over-charged. I am definitely not the only person to have had issues here, there are many people at work and in my area that wont go there either. It would actually be nice for someone to actually take a look at the place and realize there are many changes that should be done starting from management! No employee will care about customer service unless their boss does! Its a shame that no amount of emails/calls will help this store become any better unless maybe the actual people from KFC come and check it out themselves!!

Ive been coming here for a while, and have had a few issues, but usually I overlook them. Ive worked in fast food before and know its not easy. However, the last few times Ive visited the service was absolutely ridiculous. The most recent visit, around 830 through drive-thru, I asked for two #8s, with rootbeer no ice, and a side of Mac and cheese. The drinks were half empty, and I waited at the window for a good 2 minutes before being greeted by a young man who still had his gloves on. Then waited for 10 minutes for my food. I dont mind waiting, but at least touch base with me. Finally receiving my food, everything is thrown in a plastic bag, cookies falling out, and no napkins or utensils. From now on Im only visiting on my lunch breaks during the day because that the only time I seem to get good service is during the lunch rush, and am kindly greeted by Jordyn, the young lady that works up front.

Customer service is usually great here but today I walked in and the cashier didnt greet me or even asked what I wanted. He just stood there and waited until I started ordering. When I asked which sauces they had he just pointed to a sign. He seemed very disinterested and came off really rude. Very poor customer service and very frustrating to deal with especially with my experience in the customer service field.

Chicken is good first thing but as the day goes on its like the grease needs to be changed. Can taste the difference. A few times I asked for something made a certain only to go home and find it wasnt made the way I asked.

Horrible customer service. Employees walked right by me. Waited about 5 minutes for an employee to take my order Didnt give me the correct change back. The biscuits were still raw. I dont recommend people going to this KFC

Needs a better location,. Its off a fast driving road and busy road at that. I hope they are thinking of remodeling as well it is old. I liked to thank the great employees for the great work they do there. Thanks guys
