I was just at the store in Medford (7/10/16 around noon) and spoke to the very nice woman ( I do not recall her name) that was running the store. We chatted for a bit and I had a few questions about the pot pies and she was extremly nice and kind. Very helpful on my serving size choice and very accomidating. Store was extremly clean and organized. I can not express how helpful she was! I will definitly be going back to that store with that kind of customer service.

Wow, this was horrible! Chicken pot pie had no seasoning, no onion, no celery and carrot pieces were tiny. The "sauce" inside was runny and pie was mostly juices. Crust was not flaky or buttery. The only thing good was the actual chicken -- big white meat pieces. Apple pie was dry and crust was bad. It also had too much cinnamon. Id rather get a $1 pot pie from the freezer isle and an apple turnover from a fast food place! Horrible!! Save your money!!!!!!!!!

Best chicken pot pies ever. I like the all-chicken ones and make my vegetables at home, but if Im short on time, I get the chicken and vegetables (potato and carrot) and just add green peas at home. Great for serving a large get-together, too. Amazingly, the chicken pies are dairy-free (unless baked in the store, and then they brush milk on the top). So a good choice for the dairy-allergic or lactose intolerant.

I got a chicken pot pie for Pi Day. They are pretty mediocre. It looks like they start with a layer of frozen, sliced carrots, add boiled chicken meat, and pour sauce (thickened chicken broth) over it. Thats it. As the other reviewers said, the pies have no onions or celery or soul.

I love this place! My ONLY reason for 4 stars, is I cant afford to eat it every day. To stretch it out I will sometimes serve it over cooked rice to make more filling. YUMMY!!!! :-)

I feel the chicken pies give my whole family very bad heartburn. We use to love their pies but cant even eat them anymore. Parking here is terrible.
