I got an order from the drive thru Mon, 4/17/2017 at the Bridgewater KFC. It was totally inedible, the chicken was overcooked and stuffed into these styrofoam trays swimming in grease. I tried several times to call, after many rings someone picked up & hung up the phone. I plan to complain to a district mgr it was so bad.

I found an earthworm in my chicken tonight. The manager claimed it was a bone and tried to refuse my refund because I was "just trying to get out of paying for the twelve piece bucket." Disgusting food and horrible customer service. Beware: do not eat here.

The food is usually ok, a few times it was under cooked. They get my order wrong (missing or incorrect items) about 80% of the time... Could be better honestly.
