I went into this establishment today with high expectations from what ive read online. Unfortunatly i was let down. I was seated at my table with my boyfriend and given bread and butter ( the highlight of my meal) and waited for a waiter. After ten minutes the young man finnaly came to our table and greeted us we ordered our meals and i remembered that i had wanted a cactus blossom, so i asked him if we could have that as a appetizer and to put a hold on our meals for a few minutes and he said yes. We waited at the table finished our bread and our drinks before he brought out ONE of my sides for my entree , i was baffled i thought surely an appetizer doesnt take this long to make so after waiting about about 10 more minutes he comes out with our entrees. Needless to say i was upset, i asked him politely what happened to it and at first he tryed to make an excuse but then he just blatantly said i forgot and im sorry its my fault ill get you one for free. So he walks away and doesnt come back intill our meals our finished and hands me a card that is for a free cactus blossom, so i ask cant i just use this towards one to take home and he says sure why not and walks away not to return again for ANOTHER ten minutes to tell me that i have to redeem my coupon NEXT time i come in WITH the purchase of a adult entree, now mind you ive spent about an hour in this place with horrible service and waiting to long for food that was probably sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. I would give this place a negative rating if i could thats how upset i am WORST dining experiance EVER.

Opppps I DIDNT MEAN TO GIVE THE ONE STAR...!WORSE PLACE EVER... I JUST GOT HOME FROM OUR TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE. WE WHERE THE FIRST CUSTOMERS THERE..(at 3:30pm) WAIT FOR SERVE TO ARRIVED TO THE TABLE 10 MINUTES..AFTER WE GOT THE DRINKS AND PUT OUR FOOD ORDER MY HUSBAND AND I HAD TO WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR HOUSE AND CAESAR SALAD..AFTER 10 MORE MINUTES I ASKED THE SERVER HOW LONG WAS GOING TO TAKE FOR THE BOYS CHICKEN TENDERS HER ANSWER WAS I DONT KNOW BECAUSE YOU ORDER well done steaks. ..! REALLY?? AFTER 40 MINUTES OUR FOOD ARRIVE PLATES WHERE EXTREMELY HOT, MASH POTATO COLD AND WORSE MY STEAK WAS SUPER DRY EXTREMELY WELL DONE. .(of course I had to returned) I was asked if I want it another one I SAID NO THANK YOU IM NOT WILLING TO WAIT FORTY MORE MINUTES AGAIN :( I PROMISE NEVER TO GO BACK AGAIN..:( I PAID MY BILL, LEFT A 18% TIP. (why) Well I had learn that everybody has bad days and money comes and goes but reputation STAYS FOREVER. .!

Take-out, told "end register" go there, 5-8 minutes to get someone to notice me and take my order, sit down to wait for order... 2 minutes later Pointedly asked by the hostess "are you good?" as if I was squatting in their waiting area. Nope, I just dropped $20 on a steak, dont worry... 30 minutes later.. Still no steak, asked the hostess (there were 5 all busy talking to each other) they get my meal, start going over it to make sure its right... Goes to bag up my boxes, stops halfway to talk to another employee, me sitting there waiting for her to stop talking so I can get my bag and go... Over 30 minutes to get an steak, baked potato and a salad to go?? It wasnt THAT busy... I mean the wait for a table wasnt even 5 minutes for the group of 10 that came after me... I used to get Roadhouse all the time when I lived in Dallas Texas, doubt Ill waste my time in RI...and Im not generally easily upset (look at my other reviews)

My wife and I went here to celebrate my 49 birthday on 6/9/17 at 7:00 pm. There was no wait now I know why.as we started to sit the busboy dropped dirty dishes and food on the floor. He didnt even do a good job cleaning the mess he made up. Our waitress took our drink orders and we ordered. I had the steak house burger which I ordered medium well which I found out after the manager and a different waitress asked how everything was. Once I began to eat it the whole burger was dry from the bun to the tomato and the lettuce the burger was overcooked. The next time we saw our waitress was when she handed was the bill. I say what she looked like but the waitress behind us was at that table about every five minutes refilling there bread the water taking dishes away or just checking in with the three guy old enough to be her father. Bottom line they have better burgers across the street at Wendys.

BEWARE! of Samantha Holzman. My family and I love the Texas Roadhouse name and recently went to this Cranston, RI location. We were served by Samantha Holzman. Never, in my life have I received such awful service from someone. On top of her horrible service to myself and my family, she was only feet away from my young children when I heard her gossiping to another employee about her boy problems and whining about her job and boss, she used profanity, and sounded down right trashy. Her voice also was the most squeaky and annoying voice ever--which is outside of her control, but she sounds like an annoying rat. Samantha Holzman seemed irritated to our table and the other tables she was waiting on and we will NEVER return to this location as long as Samantha Holzman is still employed there. Go to the Warwick location on Quaker Lane to avoid her or anyone like her!

First of all, to the people complaining that its "loud".. what did you EXPECT going into a place called Texas ROADHOUSE? And then you love the food but give ONE STAR because of music? Ugh! Unfortunately, many reviews on here are unreliable because people only feel compelled to go online and post a review when they are disappointed. So in reality, 3 stars on here is reality 4-5 stars, since people who had a great time or were satisfied, usually dont come on here and post a review. That being said, Texas Roadhouse in Cranston is a great location, right off the expressway. It has a great atmosphere with loud Texas country music, they way IT SHOULD BE. Steaks are great, and in multiple visits service has been good to very good. Plus they support local sports teams. If you want quiet, go to Capriccios!

Been going here since they opened this location - food is now fair to poor They must be buying piglets not pigs for the ribs because the "full rack" is not. I have worked as a meat cutter in the past and this was not the full rack they used to sell (or a full rack from an average pig). Got takeout so what can you do as far as complaning? Maybe they save the small stuff for those "Take Out People" The potatoe was small also. AND WHY ARE THERE SO MANY YOUNG GIRLS AT THE HOSTESS / REGISTER AREA BUT NO ONE AT TAKE OUT??? Dont go here if you want a big meal........this place went from 5 stars to 1 in 3-4 years It was also evident in the dining room where you always had to wait for a table. Plenty of tables (at suppertime) now. Cmon in and have your pocket picked
