Cant go wrong with the food but I had to leave a review I wish I knew her name but she was at the register and greeted us like weve been going there for years even though it was our first time and was so sweet and nice through our order. We then got our food and sat but while we were enjoying the great food we watched her leave the register (it was dead and left another girl there) and began having conversations with a couple tables! All I could think was she would be an amazing server!!! And I would also like to add I think the drive-through is genius! ( best way to decribed her in hopes she gets recognize is she was dark skinned with either long braids or dreads im sure with this description of her personality youll know who but I hope she gets recognized for going above and beyond!

This location doesnt even deserve a star! I have frequented this location twice within the last couple of weeks. The staff needs to be trained in sandwich preparation. First time, ordered Steak and Cheese, 1 sliver of meat and no onions, thought having a bad day. Tried it today at 1:30 and ordered the Turkey Bacon Avocado - no avocado and when they wrapped the sandwich they mutilated the top pieces of bread and one piece of bacon between the two halves. The trash said YUM. Stay away dont waste your money at this location, take the drive to Warwick, atleast they are trained properly!!!

I had a great experience at Panera, but they allowed a dog in the restaurant that was breathing over the cups and the owner was petting while at the kiosk as if everyone should have been okay with that. It was highly unsanitized and bad business for Panera. Me and the people I was with will not attend that Panera. The employees were annoyed by the look they had on their faces. We didnt wait around to see the end result.

Turkey Avocado BLT was poorly constructed. One slice of avocado on half the sandwich, mangled chicken falling out of smushed white bread. French onion soup was lukewarm and lacking cheese. Was told I would receive bread and chips as sides but only got the chips. $16 for that and an iced tea is a joke. Whoever is prepping that food has no idea what theyre doing. Shame, I was a long time customer at the old location.

I went to panera bread around 30 mins before closing in the night. The soup was cold and salad was horrible. This has happened to me many times if you go before30 mins closing time. I want to ask the management please dont waste money of the customer if were not interested to make serve good food. People should not go this place before or around closing time. Its pathetic David

Had the Honey Almond Quinoa Oatmeal today. It has a delicate honey taste. The toasted almonds added a great crunchy texture to the oatmeal. The Quinoa added a nutty flavor. They added a nice contrast to the creamy oatmeal. Healthy and delicious. Loved it! Was the first time I tried it and will come back and have it again!

Food is decent staff is nice, but 2 out of the last three times Ive been there theyve messed up my order which one was a sandwich I wanted grilled and wasnt, then a bowl of soup with two noodles and one piece of chicken. Worst part was the order was to go and had to go back to get it corrected.

Its always a great experience at Panera..The food is fabulous...people are always pleasant..I actually hold a group there once per month...its the best nutritious food eats around..I like that I can relax and read..relaxing atmosphere...shall I go on...

Several times I went to this Panera. Every time my order was not correct.This last time I decided that I am not returning. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. The chicken was frozen solid. I had 3 pieces of chicken stuck to each other. Not going back.

Food is great. Always fresh and comes out amazing. But 80% of the time theyll get my to go order wrong. Ive mentioned it plenty of times to management, and yet it continues to happen. They need to work on employee training.

Been through the drive-thru a number of times and theres an issue just about every time. Forgotten/wrong food or rung up incorrectly. Its still Panera on the go, but make sure to check your order before leaving the window.

Great location for a Panera and had a good visit. Some outlets around if you need to do some work plus free wifi. Food was good as always, and I like the new automated ordering system which was quick to use.

Great, but the kiosk ordering and pick-up window makes it feel less welcoming than other Panera, but at least there is no line. The kiosks work well once you figure them out.
