Single handedly the worse experience I have had at a coffe shop, my son and I went in for the first time and ordered 2 small coffees and a ham and cheese croissant sandwich for a total of $15. They made our coffees one hot one iced, the iced had almost no ice in it and the hot was not got at all. The girl making the breakfast sandwich cut it so the bottom fell apart, I asked to have it remade she did with no complaints. I specifically asked multiple times for a ham and cheese sandwich, the first time it was Turkey and cheese, after waiting 45 minutes to have my sandwich made it came back out and was again Turkey and cheese, at this point I was rather annoyed with my visit. I went to the counter and asked for a refund, the girl behind the counter asked multiple times if I wanted a new sandwich made, at this point I wasnt waiting another 45 minutes for a sandwich. She reluctantly agreed to refund my money, this took all three employees to do so for the fact none of them knew how to refund a customer. Needless to say I dont think we will ever be going there again. My rating for them is 1 star because of the service we had and the fact the manager did not want to refund my money for the sandwich.

The owner or manager (large guy with dark hair) is RUDE!!! Went to the drive through late one evening on a Saturday night. There were several vehicles in the drive through as well as about 30-40 people inside. There was an open flag hanging up outside the front entrance as well. We get to the window after the vehicle in front of us drives off and no one comes to the window.... then an older very large man says so rudely CLOSED!!! I tell him the open flag outside says otherwise.... he runs outside and rips it down. We just wanted to try their cookies. He refused and we started to drive off. There was another vehicle behind us and we decided to watch to see how the handled that customer. Well they ended up giving them cookies for free!!!!! So RUDE... I will NEVER go to this place and will let everyone I know what a jerk this guy was. I left a review on their FB page and the reviews were so bad the business keeps taking the ability to leave reviews down. This place is destined to fail if they dont change their ways.

When I walked in there was 6 people standing in front of me. 25 minutes later there was one person standing in front of me. There was only two people taking orders. One girl was making the items the other guy was cashing you out. It takes them forever to make smoothies and they do a very sloppy job. They go way too slow and they do not have enough people working at one time also everybody keeps messing up orders and theyre giving people wrong orders or theyre forgetting that they even asked people for their order to begin with. They really need to step up their game and get more people in there and stop walking around so casually like they have all day to make orders. I ended up walking out because I am not waiting that long for a cookie when I should be in there for two minutes at mos. If they had more people that care more about their job and rushed around more like they do at Starbucks, they would do a lot better here the only thing positive is the food is good.

First visit. Was initially excited and looking forward to the experience. 3 employees working, and only a couple of people there. Service was slow. My order was dropped on the counter, and a vague direction to the cafe "its ready" after 5 minutes. The food was barely warm. I had to clarify if it was my order. Only my crape was made. After about 5 more minutes I checked on the rest of my order, it wasnt even started. I had to provide my receipt to prove what I had ordered. The employee then lost my receipt. About another 25 minutes they made my husbands crescent. The cheese was not melted, barely warm. Food was decent, not great. The coffee machine broke. The employees didnt tell us, or provide another option. No manager on duty, so we wasted another 10 minutes to get cash out of the register. It was a guess on what was owed so tax was not refunded. Over all... Not impressed with the service or attitude.

The food is great. The service is pitiful. I have been twice so far. Last weekend I stood in line for 30 minutes. One girl tried to give me someone elses order. I told her I havent ordered yet. She took my order but didnt write it down. She then asked the guy at the register if he got all that. He said no and she had me repeat my order so she could write it down this time. Meanwhile there were girls just standing around doing nothing. I went again tonight and waited another 30 minutes. I watched people just waiting and waiting for their orders. Many people having to repeat orders because of noise and lack of attention spans.

Tried the cafe today wont go back. The girl taking our order looked at us like a deer in the headlights she didnt speak english well I dont know if that was the issue I can deak with that to a point but what she did next shocked me and my husband, she just walked away and gave another girl the order sheet to take our order. We ordered 2 mocha frappes and 2 cookies that took over 20 minutes and $12.00 , for the price for we paid for 2 cookies $3.58 you can buy a tube of toll house at the store and get a dozen or more fresh cookies. Its sad I had high hopes for this since pizza hut left, theres not much in Derry.

Great spot for lunch or a light dinner. Ive been several times, I love it. Good food, yummy desserts and fresh smoothies. The turtle brownie is my absolute favorite. I see a lot of reviews about high prices, but its no more expensive than Panera or Chipotle. You will wait a few minutes for your food but only because its fresh food made to order. This is fast casual, not fast food. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, there are counter seats, tables or comfy chairs. There is outdoor seating as well, a big plus in my book.

Gave this place three chances and Im done. SLOOOWWWW service and I never felt that the customer was the priority. 20 minutes to wait in line when there are only 3 people in front of you is is crazy. The people behind the counter are nice and polite but they need direction. Very disorganized. People were filling orders without gloves on. I would think that since this is a new franchise in the area there would be more direction for the workers, and a manager overseeing the operation.

Everything was goodoing, cookies great, milkshake, yup good. I order 2 ice cream sandwiches and by the time I paid they were melted and soggy, the casher Ivelesse was incompetent at the Derry location! They wait was outrageous, I know they just opened but have your employees TRAINED!! Thanks for my soggy ice cream sandwiches, Ill go back but only after they train their employees, and fix how they run their kitchen. Give me my ice cream after I pay so it doesnt melt on me!!!
