I checked Burning Bridge out because of the open mic, but since then its turned into my favorite spot. I live in Manheim Township (Lancaster) and usually make the drive every Thursday for the ribs special and the open mic, and typically at least one night during the weekend for dinner/drinks. Theyve always got great live music on the weekends, the service is always friendly and quick and its a great atmosphere for a family dinner or for drinks with friends. The best way to describe it is not as a bar with a dining area, but rather a restaurant with a bar. Ive witnessed issues with the patrons at other establishments in the area, but have yet to see a single problem here. The new deck on the second floor is relatively quiet and a great place for conversation as well! I havent made my way through the menu yet since I almost always get the pulled pork, but I havent been disappointed with a single thing yet! My first recommendation would be the pulled pork sandwich, but the fried pickles, ribs and chicken quesadilla have all been great as well. By far the best BBQ Ive had North of Tennessee. Great crowd, great music, great food, great staff. Ive brought many friends and will continue to recommend it to others.

Updated review: Stopped in with a buddy for a weekday lunch. Ordered two sandwiches and an appetizer. Watch two groups come in and get served food before us in a 30 minute span. Waitress stops over and asks us to recite our order so she can check with the cooks. She obviously didnt enter our ticket. Came back, told us they were slammed, and that we would get a discount on our bill. There were maybe 5 tables and a handful of people at the bar. Not that busy. 15 minutes later, she comes back with our appetizer, informs us that our order got "really messed up" and that it would then be on the house. Another 15 minutes later our food came. Its a shame the service is so terrible, because the food isnt bad. This isnt the first time Ive had terrible weekday service here either. I wont be back, even though it was free.

Very mixed emotions about this place. My fiance and I came on a Sunday a little after 130. The wait staff was very nice and polite the food is another story. We started with squeaky cheese which we both say was very good and the firecracker sauce was good. We also ordered a "shredded chicken" quesadilla. It was kind of dry and the chicken was not shredded. We also ordered their meat flatter with beef, pork, and the jalapeño mash potatoes. I feel like the whole plate was in the microwave and we had yesterdays warm-ups. All three items were extremely dry and was not even hot. I was a little disappointed for the size of the menu I thought the focus on food would be better. Besides that everything except wings I think are reasonably pricedo and its a good atmosphere.

This place has a great atmosphere and could be so much more. The food is good but not great and the beer list is sufficient. Service however is sub par. Or waitress brought the wrong beer twice after waiting for 20 minutes. I could have walked down the street to another bar, gotten a beer and walked back in the time it took to get a beer. I really want to like this place and for it to succeed but something needs to change with the service. Ive given it multiple tries and always leave disappointed.

Will never come back!!! You have got to be kidding me because I dont love country music I cant play music on Touch tunes!!!!!! Dont deny people the ability to listen to what makes them enjoy a place to eat and drink. More than country people come here!!!! Seriously I cant even express how pissed I am!!! Very nice rustic atmosphere and its bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. They have a large selection of food. But the main attraction is all the smoked meats. The pulled beef melts in your mouth. The staff was great. We had 3 small children with us and they were very accommodating.

Cowboy bar and grill where the locals hang out. Went on a Wednesday night hoping to have some food and conversation, however, it was also karaoke night, so it was loud and noisy; very difficult to communicate. Should have sat outside on the deck. Server was pleasant but marginally attentive.

Definitely a locals bar lots of locals chatting with the bar tender. Took about 10 minutes to order a drink.Went for open Mic but didnt play because there was a full band rocking it out. Good music (country) but not a typical open mic. Lots of dancing. All and all it wasnt that bad.

I gave it for only because I really like the atmosphere, and craft beer is pretty cheap. To be honest the food is a little hit or miss and the attitude of some of the staff is less than friendly at times. Still a good place and Ive really enjoyed some of the Bands that play there.

The food and service were fantastic. The band that they hired for the night was amazing. The staff were friendly and the food and drinks were fairly prompt considering how busy the place was. The dance floor was adequate, though could stand to be a little bigger.

Stopped in mid afternoon on a Sunday. Decent crowd for a midday Sunday. Had the pierogie platter with pit beef and smoked turkey along with burning bridge red ale. Tasty pit beef and Turkey. Tangy sweet bbq sauce accompaniment. Good stuff all around.

This place is great!! The food was delicious and the service was amazing!! They had a band tonight which brought in a group of down to earth kind of people who were extremely friendly.. Overall a fantastic experience. . cant wait to go back!!

GREAT food! We were there on a weekday just before lunchtime and it was empty. Picked up for lunch but not crowded at all. Fast service, delicious blackened chicken sandwich, cold beer, friendly staff. Hit this place!

This is an awesome bar and grill. The BBQ is phenomenal! They gave great drinks and a ton of specials. The beer selection is impressive. The place is very friendly to bikers and its certainly a place they congregate.

Great pork BBQ and free peanuts. Good beer selection and big TVs for the games. Upstairs banquet room is great. Private bar and bathrooms as well as an indoor/outdoor area good for all seasons.
