Came in around 2:20pm. They stop serving breakfast at 2pm and they close at 3pm. Whos ever heard of a diner that stops serving breakfast at all let alone an hour before they close. The whole time we were there the waitress was trying to get out of there. And exclaiming her dislike of every new table that came in for all to hear. Even to the point of saying "thats not going to happen" while picking up our dishes referring to two guys walking in the door. Places like are the reason why small town America is dying because they refuse to reinvent themselves to suit the needs of the customers.

Ive stopped here many times over the past 7-8 years and the quality of food, especially the breakfast is excellent as well as the service. Service is quick and no-nonsense and friendly. Want more than a meal then got the White Haven Diner Burger! If I take a trip north I will make a point to make this a place I stop. If you are a motorcyclist riding the back roads, motorist on I-80 or passing through it is worth making time to stop. Highly recommended!

We were recommended by a friend. The burger is so good. The price cant be beat. 6.75 for a 14oz burger. You cant get that at a fast food place. Hannah the waitress is amazing. Real friendly and was able to tell us other meals that were equally delicious like chicken salad, clubs, soups, etc. The diner is so reasonable prices and you get a nice portion. There is free wifi. Definitely worth the trip and money.

This place has great breakfast food and amazing cheeseburgers! Order the cheeseburger this way for best results... mayo, fried onions, lettuce and extra tomatoes! I eat here many consecutive days in a row when staying in White Haven for Pocono Race weekends for the past 28 years. You may see and hear a freight train rumble behind the diner while you are there! Bring cash, no credit cards accepted.

I LOVED this Diner. It is cash only. My dad and I LOVE going to diners, especially for brunch, so when we were driving to LHU after winter break, I thought a diner we never went to would be perfect, and I was right. We found a table right away. Food was out of this world amazing. I recommend it to everyone!

Dont go here if youre out of town or former military. Horrible service, cold food and our waitress didnt check up on us the whole meal but had conversations directly next to us! She even asked them if everything was okay but ignored us and wouldnt even look at us

After deciding the burger looked like the best on the menu we realized it was 14 oz (7/8 of a pound). Service was very fast and waitresses had upbeat attitudes. Pretty inexpensive as well. $4.19 for just the burger (toppings extra but only $0.20 to $1 each).

I go camping in Hickory Run twice a year and this is the go to diner. The burgers are the biggest Ive ever seen sold as a regular burger and their breakfast items are really good. I would highly recommend if you want to eat at a good diner in the area.
