Everything I have ever tried at this place has been absolutely delicious, but unfortunately, it takes more than great product to run a business. For the second time in the last few months, I came to Dolce to get some cupcakes, and the doors were locked despite being open according to the hours on the door. There were two kids inside who paid no attention when I tried the door unsuccessfully as well. I wouldnt be quite so upset if it werent the second time I were disappointing a loved one OR there were a simple note on the door. If something said "back in 5 minutes," I gladly would have waited. Instead, the other cupcake place down the street received my business. That trend may just have to continue since posted hours dont even mean enough to this establishment to give their customers the respect and courtesy to communicate when they will be open (even a note...come on).

I was getting food from next door and I was with my boyfriend and dog. My boyfriend went into next door while I sat down in front of Solve Dr Zabala. The owner came out in a storm and yelled at me asking if u was going to get anything from Solve De Zabala. Taken off guard I replied no but we are getting food from next door. I was thinking about getting a treat after getting my food but the hostile lady made me next want to return.
