If I could rate this how I want it would be more like negative 5 stars!!! My fiancé and I decided to eat here after seeing a movie.... yeah I passed up Suki Hana which was a mistake. When we got in line everything seemed ok...I ordered my food the woman tells me it will be 4 extra mins for the honey walnut shrimp.. I say ok and continue to travel down the line when the other woman (standing right next to the 1st woman) says, "we aint got that" I said "ok, well she said 4 minutes" ... She continues to say "well Im sorry she told you that... We aint got it". I have no idea why shes not taking this up with her co-worker instead of the customer...I cant see the inventory?!?! So I order something else .. I get to the register the cashier asks me dining in or take-out? In mid sentence the previous customer who already paid jumped right back in front of me.... And told the cashier that she rung her up wrong. I get no "excuse me..." "One second..." "My apologies..." Just a plain rude interruption which left me standing right there waiting another 10.... Yes 10 min transaction for the previous customers refund. Not to mention the entire time we are going down the line that every single person opened my food and talked all over it... Trying to figure whats inside it when they write whats inside the damn container. When we finally get to our drinks 3 of the drinks on the fountain drink machine were out of order. There were no napkins where they should have been and we were given zero napkins when paying for our food. The strange thing though, is that we asked a worker for napkins, and they were definitely Shop Rite store brand. And... No-one ever filled the napkin dispenser. I am guessing that they underestimated their needs, and are only giving them out to people who ask. The sweet tea was so damn sweet we almost had a heart attack sipping from the straw. The beef was hard and dry, and the orange chicken literally tastes like a McDonalds nugget with orange sauce on it. The lo-mein was dry, stringy, and mostly cabbage. The pepper chicken consisted mostly of celery and onion. Soooo darn ridiculous. I could have went to the mall... Got better service and twice the amount of food. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!

They are not professional at all thou the food is good, the staff have a bad attitude along with the manager If the food out stands the customer service I give it a 3, the food also taste like regular Chinese food, they also wear no gloves its unsanitised. The food is good but the staff feel they can act like they want,in a disrespectful manner and you can hear them gossip about the customers when your waiting for the food,I ask to speak to the boss RrNard and he acts like he is too good for the customers. Drive Thru from now on.People writing that its good is mostly the boss and staff to make themselves look good. What separates the restaurant from others no comparison, train your employees to be more professional, but how when that manager is not

This is a great spot to grab some Asian cuisine if youre into food that tastes like it was donated to them by a low end buffet. The lo mein tasted like someone took a rope made of twine, sauteed it, left it outside for 2 days, microwaved it for 15 seconds and served it right on up. The orange chicken reminded me of a poorly executed experiment to reclaim food from garbage by splashing sauce on it. To add insult, we were given no utensils and the pricing is ridiculous. Im usually not the type to return a meal, but I sure wish I would have. Maybe thats what they served us, a returned meal, only they accepted the return a few days ago, sat it aside, found it, and assumed that it was freshly prepared. Suki Hana would shake their head in shame.

About a week after the grand opening, theres still a long order line in the evening that never seems to diminish right up to closing time. Im sure this situation will improve once the novelty wears off, but to their credit, they kept the line moving fast. Despite the crowd, I didnt notice any of their serving trays running out of food. Also, the staff are evidently well-trained and didnt get anything wrong from start to finish. The big problem here is parking is limited. Im sure this situation too will improve, again once the novelty wears off. For now though, be prepared to park near Walgreens if no parking spaces open up in front of the restaurant.

Sighhhh, I didnt even get helped, and Im annoyed! I placed and online order before 4pm for a 4:30 pick up, so it can be ready. I dont understand this feature. Walked in at 4:30pm. They never said a word, like "HI, Ill be with you in min" nothing. Finally, Yes I placed an online order. She walks away like she had no clue. Picks the receipt up from the side of the register. GREAT!! (that would be sarcasm). 10 mins later, still waiting for the stuff we ordered to even be cooked. I didnt walk out of there until 4:55!! Again, WHY HAVE THIS ONLINE FEATURE!??

Just opened so it may take them some time for them to get in groove. WIth that said, the ordering process is confusing and not very efficient. The seating area is *very* loud. The food is unremarkable. There are several take-away chinese restaurants near-by that do a better meal. Shrimps were well cooked although the imbalance of vegetables to shrimp was noticeable although the veg were tasty. Rice was crunchy while the Spring rolls were mushy. Had Gunsmoke on the one TV for the old folks and SpongeBob on the other for the young ones.

Beautiful restaurant, good food. Horrible very bad rotten customer service. Arrived and was first ignored, then the person behind the counter was going to wait on someone behind me in the line before me, finally put the food in the Styrofoam box and then put it behind the steam table glass and didnt send it to the cashier. When the cashier finally went back up the line and got the food, she acted insulted, and never apologized for the delay nor for the bad service. They obviously have no idea of how to run a restaurant.

absolutely disgusting. i had panda express awhile back great experience. this place is absolutely horrible. the chicken is just fat and has a strange taste to it. they cut it up in front of you and then serve it. the broccoli is dry with no sauce, tastes dirty and cold. the only thing that has flavor is the rice. $9 for the food plus a drink? this is not worth anyones money for food that is disgusting and makes you feel sick. i will never eat at this place again. i prefer suki hana instead.

Great place to eat or get a quick grab..... I gave up eating Chinese food 4 yrs now as Ive seen so many nastiness with their food.... but ponda express is sooooo different clean and somewhat healthier choice..... love love their food.... I still wont go into a Chinese restaurant to eat anything on their menu..... if you never eaten from Panda give them a try I guarantee you wont regret it...... actually I guarantee you will stop eating Chinese food from the Chinese restaurants....
