This review is for the second time I visited The Black Cat Cafe. (My first visit was stellar) On this visit though they were out of biscuits and had no caramelized onions. Now I am not a chef and I could whip up some biscuits from some flower and a few more ingredients. And how long could it possibly take to make up some onions! Service sucked, orders came out wrong. Now, we talked to the owner/manager and she said that she had just taken over the business and that we should try it again in a few weeks and that things would be better. I am sure they will be cause really couldnt get much worse. I will give them another chance though because its a very small restaurant and the atmosphere is nice. Hope they get thier game together before I return.

The staff here at the black cat cafe are very kind. Things get forgotten but they do their best to make up for it. They are very accommodating to food allergies. The portion sides are good but not enormous which is a nice change. All profits go to P.A.L.S a local animal rescue. She will do her best to woo you but try not to let the outside cat in.

Picked on a whim, enjoyed very much. The dining area has plenty of space and is nicely decorated. Good number of vegan options including a vegan BLT. Chocolate chip pancakes were great, my kids enjoyed their chicken noodle soup and regular BLTs, plus they support animal adoption efforts. Definitely worth a trip.

This is really a cafe with a great mission! In addition, the food is excellent! My pancakes were so fluffy, I could barely keep them from floating off the plate!! Enjoyed the vegan bacon as well ! Food choices for every taste and lifestyle. Ambiance very cozy and love the available cat gifts in the lobby!

My girlfriend and I love this place! They have amazing cream chipped beef on white toast and one of the only places around that will put gust cheese in an omelet. I have never had a bad meal here. We mostly get breakfast there but the few lunches we have eaten were fantastic.

What a treat to help animals and to have a fabulous breakfast while doing so! The signature French toast was yummy with maple syrup and fresh cut up fruit. The sausage was delicious as a side. well brewed coffee started the meal off. Will go again soon.

I was pleasantly surprised to find The Black Cat Café right near my work, the quiche was delicious and I was so pleased with the corn chowder!! Go here and enjoy the décor, the food and the fun items on sale.

Amazing place for many reasons. I went there after hours to adopt a kitten. I highly recommend that anyone try this place for food and also speak to them about adopting.
