Terrible, rude service, African "American" apparently is the new Mgr. She was mean to the lady right in front of us, We walked out when I saw how she was treating this woman. ...all because the poor woman just had dental work done so she asked for her food in a separate container, she was willing to pay for it too, Not only did this person refuse help her, she actually stood there and said, "I remember you, YOU TRIED TO DO THIS BEFORE!" AS IF THIS GIRL DID SOMETHING TO DESERVE BEING OSTRASIZED!!!! IS IT WRONG TO REQUEST SOMETHING SPECIAL AT DAIRY QUEEN NOW? IS IT? I am a witness! I am also in the legal field! The woman said, no I just want some of these in here, pointing to the container, then this so called "Manager", perish the thought, said to her, "no, I will call the owner, but I am not going to do this" with a smirk on her face, still insisting the customer was "not allowed to have this". I could not believe this...this person is SUPPOSED TO BE WORKING HERE IN A SERVICE INDUSTRY *(dont EVEN say I am trying to be prejudice, SHE CHOSE this industry!!!), AND YET!...THIS PERSON IS USING HER POSITION TO INTIMIDATE AND HUMILIATE PEOPLE. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE, NEITHER WILL ANY OF MY FAMILY! From now on we will go for the kinder service, right up the road in Mohnton, AND YES, FOR ALL OF the race baiters out there, THERE ARE BLACK PEOPLE THERE TOO, BUT AT LEAST THEY HAVE some respect AT THAT PLACE, they treat people decent, the food is better, its cleaner and the service is outstanding. THIS WOMAN HAS ZERO respect. She actually mocked that person!!!! I felt sorry for the woman...this person did this Right in front of us, if I could rate this place in the negative, it would be a minus ten after this experience.

a lot of customers seem to take their anger out on these young workers and one day i felt really bad for one worker because she was doing her best to calm this young mother with her child down as she was recording the worker and calling her names. Obviously the worker couldnt do anything so she had to take it but kept her cool. Which was very professional. Other than my experience at DQ is very good. They may take awhile but they explain to me that the machines dont run well when over used. other than that they all treat customers with respect and make the best out of situations

Horrible service.... food was cold. Took almost a half hour to get. Chili cheese dog and a snack wrap. Hot fudge sundae was served with only one side with hot fudge and the blizzard hardly had anything in it... place was filthy and the three kids that were working surely didnt lookm like they wanted to be there. Their uniforms were dirty and they were not wearing gloves. The boy who served us our food had toppings all up his arms and his hands were filthy. Very disappointed. Thought we would give it another try but they failed.

Today I decided my family and I would treat our selves to some ice cream. First off I was in the drive through for 30 mins and when served my products I was refused any lids because the drive thru was too busy and was told to move on by some old white lady that looks like a crack head. I stayed at the window until I realized she was the only one in charge at the time and didnt want to waste my time. But now I have ice cream all over my car... very rude and disappointed. I rather drive to ephrata than go here again.

Excellent Fast Service. The Gazebos are a great place to spend time with family and friends. The place is always spotless. The Staff is always friendly and works very efficiently. This location however does not have fries or burgers, but thats okay because Dairy Queen is a place to get ice cream (the sandwiches are still delicious). I would definitely recommend visiting this dairy queen location!

Very slow service. Had to wait a few minutes inside for a manager to come out and tell the employees (5 up near the register) to take our order. My younger brother got the wrong blizzard (ordered a fudge, got a peanut butter, he is highly allergic) and it took about ten minutes to get my order. It was Sunday evening in August, around 7:30pm.

Very, very slow! Took 20 minutes just to get 2 medium sized blizzards. Once we finally got our ice cream its was just plain vanilla ice cream on the bottom and the toppings were just thrown on top. They are supposed to mixed throughout the ice cream. Pretty dissatisfied with this place. We probably wont be returning.

Showed up 5 minutes after closing with 20 girls after a grueling match and they refused to open for a couple minutes while the drive thru was still running. Very disappointed and upset by management and service. Never coming here again. Just lost twent peoples buisness.

I honestly wish I could give this place negative stars. The wait is ridiculously way too long. Needs new management or to shut down. How hard is it to provide decent service, not spectacular service but decent service.

Very unorganized. Filled with teen workers that dont know what they are doing. They made our items ahead of time so when we got them, they were melted. Worse than other chain restuarants.

The only DQ that doesnt sell any burgers. Really crushed down menu. I have gone to DQs all over the country, travel for work, this was the worst. Also, no fries.
