I thought the reviews for this place were exaggerated but it turns out almost nothing about the experience went well. First the speaker wasnt working correctly which delayed things, had to move. Then the order came out and they over charged. Said it was $15 when it should have been $8. Turns out they messed up almost the entire order. Gave me two 6pc mozz sticks instead of one 2pc and made the breakfast toaster bacon when I said sausage and the Chile cheese dog was a foot long instead of the regular size. Only the chicken sandwich was correct but then that didnt taste good so.... Also the "toaster" was completely limp, no toast that I could find. The dog and mozz sticks tasted as expected I guess. I think this will be one of my last times at a fast food place. Just not worth it.

I love sonic. 1st time at this location. We ordered a #1 extra cheese with the works. didnt get extra cheese and there was hardly any lettuce on it. my daughter got the #11 the Texas toast was just bread and butter. asked for one actually toasted and got the same thing again. We got a #3 that one got my extra cheese lol. There shakes are amazing. The hot fudge shake actually taste like hot fudge not just chocolate. The caramel shake was good too. We always love the Chilli tots. Ill be back. But will be sure to not leave before checking food twice

It used to be an amazing sonic but in the last few weeks, the quality of service and food have dropped. Heres a tip for the girl who now works in the morning. If someone requests something in there drink or food. Please dont doubt or question them as if it was never a possibility. Ive gotten the same drink at every sonic i go to since i was small. Rt 44 ocean water with extra cherries. There has been no change..so please stop questioning me 4 times everytime i go to your location.

We were there for 45 minutes and people that show up after us was getting there food right away and when we finally got our order the food was almost cold and we never got our bbq sauce that we ask for and the shakes where melted like if it was just sitting out and the employees was standing there and talking and joking around.

Horrible customer service . Didnt make my food Correctly had to wait an extra 20 minutes for a burger and a chicken sandwich what a joke will never go here again the one located in Chester PA is better . And the co workers here have a really bad attitude if u dont like working in fast food then DONT

I would of gave this place a 5 star nut the quality of the food has gone down and its all greasy and sloppy. which is a pain when eating your car. They took away item in the end that were good (Java Chiller) and replaced it with more sugary crap.

Went here for the first time. Got my daughter a corndog kids meal, got home and realized it was fried so hard she couldnt even bite into it, ridiculous that the place was empty and they cant even manage to fry a corndog right!!

Food is good fast food. Lots of choice with a variety of milkshakes. Gave 4 stars due to slow service even though they were not that busy. Also did not bring us forks for chilly cheese tots.

Bonless Chickenwings were dry 2 times in a row. No sauce at all on thos things. Been to a Sonic DI on the westcoast a couple days before, much more friendlier staff and food was better too!

Too expensive for fast food. Go to red robin or Applebees where the burgers come with fries and that dont charge you an arm and a leg to eat in your car.
