Last visit, I order a "Bronx Bomber" sandwich. Its proudly pictured on their overhead menu and is in the printed menu. I am informed that nobody there knows how to make it so I leave. I decided today to give them another chance so I order a garlic bagel toasted dark with lox spread - you would think they would know how to make that right?? WRONG!. I get back to the office and guess what, its not toasted. I cannot go back out because I have now used my break. I gave them a call to inform them of their error and they were EXTREMELY RUDE. They insisted the manager was not there even though I had just seen him there 5 minutes earlier. They offer to fix it for me if I bring it back, but I cannot because I have used up my break. Besides, who knows what these kids would try to feed me if I did go back! I was once a restaurant manager, and I was blown away by how the person answered the phone handled this. Did not offer to have the manager call me back, did not offer me coupons ( I would use them at another location if I did have coupons). This kid just said "I am sorry the non toasted bagel is an issue for you." WTF!!!!! I just want what I ordered - how hard is your job? Bottom line, these kids dont give a crap, and are incapable of even the simplest of tasks (using a toaster). This place is a prime example of the inmates running the asylum. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

Will never ever come here again. There is one woman with blonde hair who always works here who is never happy, always in a bad mood & she is rude. Today I decided to get a quick breakfast with my boyfriend before heading off to work. Not only was the service awful but my order was messed up, & this is not the first or second time this has happened. I cant eat American cheese, & so I obviously didnt ask for it but thats what I got smothered all over my bagel. So not only did I pay for a breakfast I couldnt eat, but I was now going to run late because I had to find something else to inhale before starting my shift. I didnt have enough time to go back in & ask for it to be remade, but I wouldnt have asked anyway because I know I would have been treated with even worse service. I understand it gets busy. I also work in the food industry. But it is every time. I rarely complain or write reviews but I couldnt help it today. I went to Wawa & ordered a sandwich. They never mess up & are always nice. I learned my lesson today. Will never go back to this Manhattan Bagel.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!! I have NEVER been treated badly by a restaurant before. The older blonde hair woman was so ignorant and rude I cannot even believe she would treat a paying customer like that. I go to Manhattan Bagel everyday for breakfast, but because the one I usually go to ran out of the bagels I like, I ran over to this one to try it out. Two words to describe this place would be Overpriced, and RUDE! I will never step foot inside this place again.

Your experience strongly depends on the day and time you go. Often times it seems like youre inconveniencing the staff by being there. They dont always wear gloves either. Also the quality of the bagels is average at best. Their location is prime so they dont have to try too hard, I dont think the owner really cares if the service is above "acceptable" overall.

I came in this morning for a bagel, and while waiting in line one of the employees accidently took an order for the person behind me and skipped me. To me it was truly no big deal, but the manager paid for my food! I was shocked and it was very sweet. I love this location because they always greet you with a smile and they make you feel welcome.

One of the most friendliest places in the area! the owner is hands on and is there to help in anyway to satisfy customers. I have patronized the business and have had great food for many years! Its unfortunate that other people do not read signs that are clearly displayed about hours on certain holidays! Keep up the good job!!!

Manhattan bagel is the best bagel place ive ever been too. The co-owner Scott is so nice, and always loves to talk to you. Everyone who works there, is very nice. And let me tell you, there cream cheese is legit the best thing ive ever had.

Terrible service. The owner is rude. They consistently run out of bagels on Saturdays and Sundays before their closing time. This past Sunday, Mothers Day, they ran out at 10:30am, when the store hours are listed until 12:30pm.

This shop offers excellent food with a friendly atmosphere. They also have amazing catering trays. I highly recommend it for a quick meal or any catering needs.

WORST BAGEL SHOP IN BUCKS COUNTY, THEY RUN OUT OF BAGELS BY 10AM AND ARE VERY RUDE AND WILL EVEN HANG UP ON CUSTOMERS WHO CALL INN IF THEY ARE BUSY...

Way overpriced - instead, go to shop & bag supermarket a few blocks away, bagels are better and 1/2 the price.
