We like the other landmark locations especially on the main line and westchester. This one, how we keep having subpar experiences. The pros: Tonight the wait to get a table was extremely short on a Friday at 7pm- was seated by 7:04. And The cheesesteak spring rolls are always to die for. The cons- Extremely noisy. Sat for 10 mins before even getting water, and our drinks didnt come until 7:28 (24 mins). I ordered white wine but was served red and when I chased the server down to point out the error she said "oh I think we are out" of the wine I ordered. 10 mins later the correct wine was served but this was after we had already finished the apps and dinner was being served. The correct dressing was not served with my meal and I again waited patiently for 10 mins before getting up and finding my server this time. We finished eating 15 mins ago (writing this while we wait) and have not been asked if we liked the food, if it was cooked properly, or if we would like a second drink. Needless to say this is the last time were coming to this location! We love the food though so we will try the other locations again soon.

My party of 5 was checked in and told we had a 15 minute wait. When seated the table we were being escorted to had guest sitting there already. So we say back in the waiting area for about 2minutes. Staff was fixing a table for us close to the restroom. I hate sitting close to restroom because its a high traffic area and you cant enjoy your food because youre always adjusting your seat or head to no be bumped. We ordered drinks, apps,and entrees. We watched 3 tables complete their meal before we received our apps and my drink and an ok. When I finally complained all of our food came out at once apps and entrees. My dinner was cold. I prefer my app first then my entree. To say the least the Manager Jermaine came to apologize and adjusted our bill for the inconvenience. The food was still good regardless of our experience. Jermaine definitely fixed our frowns into smiles

Horrible experience waitress kept bumping me and spilled a drink on me after flirting with me and getting mad because I said im taking after that my drinks took forever and i kept having to ask for a refill and my food. Shes a Muslim bartender and got mad at me because she asked me do I think her pants make her butt look big and i replied I think thats an inappropriate question to ask your guest a day your Muslim I just felt uncomfortable and she had an attitude told me I need to upgrade my girl and my food was cold and my drinks were horrible I think it was all because of the words we exchanged. I still left a tip and was generous and kind but she was tacky and I felt as thought a Muslim shouldnt be serving alcoholic beverages and asking customers if her butt is fat. The food wasnt too bad but it took a very long time and it was cold

Today May 20, 2017 the manager refused to remove the cost for a chicken taco lunch that tasted like dry paper towels and when we asked to speak with him we were told he was not coming out to speak with us. When it came time to pay the bill, this manager came out to stare at us as if we were going to run out on the bill. When I asked if he was the manager he ran to the back quickly. I asked our waitress was that him and she said yes. Such jerk behavior does not warrant a managerial position in public places. I suspect he is mistreating all the female waitress based on how our person was so afraid to talk. What a disgrace.

This was my first visit so let start with the positives: 1. We were sat immediately upon arrival. 2. Our waitress was very personable and frequently checked in on us. 3. My husband and I could watch the game together. 4. The food was good. Negatives: 1. A group of about 9 came in and the entire room changed. Young teenagers with "adults" smelled of weed, were cursing,their waitress kept banging into my chair not once saying excuse me. 2. Their ghetto conversation of cursing, threatening to beat each others ass and taking selfies and standing all around the table blocking the view of the tv became a bit too much to deal with.

This review only pertains to the bar as Ive never really done a sit down mean here. The bar has a pretty standard selection of macrobrew beers and a not insignificant selection of microbrew beers on tap given that is is a chain restaurant. Their happy hour specials are decent but nothing to write home about as such. The food is good but again, it isnt going to change your life. Service has always been decent and it has given me no reason not to continue going there when I want to watch my Hawks kick some butt on the court!

I recently visited Landmark with a group of friends to enjoy some good food and goodole Sunday Football. While the service on this particular visit was poor at our table, I wanted to still give a shout-out to the managers, Donte and Jermaine. Their attention to our complaints, their apologetic manner and the ways in which they attempted to rectify the situation is the reason that I will come back to Landmark. Jermaine and Donte are Top Notch management....Thank You both for your service!!!

I gave this place 1 star because the food was pretty good for a quick spot to get something to eat, but quick, it was not!!!!! The service was slow and waitress was not attentive at all. It took 20 mins for a server to come to the table initially. It took another 30 mins to get our drinks and the server was always missing in action. Had to ask other servers to constantly get our waitress. Then when the bill came the servers grutuity was included in the bill

There are much better places. sometimes the utensils are not always the cleanest but the price isnt too bad. i keep going here bc its convient but its not something to completely rave about. food is decent. price is alright to a bit high. dont work here though-they tell their servers to just show up and they will tell them when to leave. also dont book a party here bc management wil lwant to rush you out.

Horrible experience overall! First time going to this location, I sat at the bar which was probably the first mistake. The bartenders were somewhat ghetto and rude, every drink I tried to order was turned down because they were out of certain alcohol. The bartender didnt bother giving me other options so I was stuck thinking of what to order since everything was out of stock

The bartenders are friendly and helpful with the menu. Ive had some good conversations with them, and they were kind enough to put on a different game when I requested. The place has some good specials and the food is great. (You probably shouldnt eat the loaded nachos by yourself like I did; they gave me plenty.) If it were a little less out of my way, Id be here more often.

Service was fine there was a mix up with our order which immediately brought out the manager who stood stone faced and didnt speak when explained what the problem was we offered to write our order to explain. What went wrong and was told "dont do that dont do that dont be disrespectful I am trying to help you..." we got the check and left without eating
