The customer service was embarrassing. No one made eye contact. No smiles. No thank you for coming in. No please $23.21 for a tiny ass little serving of beef, the brisket BBQ is whack. A huge amount of cheap rice and some basic cheese for two bowls and one medium drink. Haaa. With a seriously aggressive competitor (Chipotle) right down the street I remember why I stopped going. This chain has no niche and the customer service is horrible.

Went in to this particular qdoba because I was closer to it and had to run for a meeting. Was disappointed in the service rendered. I was asking for a particular side and the rep looked at me like she didnt know what I was talking about. Then on top of that the burrito I ordered did not taste well...had to throw it away. Will not be going there anymore.

This is my go to for Mexican food. More than that the entire staff is great. They are friendly and get it done quick. Restaurant is always clean and well kept. I say this because it is still fast food but they project care in what they do and should be applauded. Try the knockout tacos.

food is always the same - which is a good thing when the food tastes great. Guac is very good as well as the cilantro rice. Stay away from the "fire grilled vegetables" as they sometimes taste like butane. Otherwise great place with very professional staff.

Great atmosphere and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the tables have been dirty on more than one occasion and it was hard to find a clean table to sit at. I highly recommend getting a burrito in a bowl.

The staff is friendly and moves fast. The food is very fresh, lots of options to get the exact taste youre looking for. Their guac and chips are the best! I would also recommend you try their Knockout Tacos.

They switch my taco bowl to white lettuce and I like to eat for nutritional purposes and white lettuce is not on the list Id rather have paid the extra dollar and got some romaine lettuce instead not happy

I eat here all the time. They never get my order wrong, even if I get it delivered. The food is quite good, especially for the price. I highly recommend that you stop by for lunch.
