Put in an order online but it did not offer the delivery option because the minimum price for delivery is $20. So I increased the order and then it said delivery was not available at all. I then placed the order for take out and it said the order would be ready in 35 minutes. 35 MINUTES?!? I arrive about 40 minutes later and they tell me its going to be another 20 minutes before my order is ready. No apology, no discount, just asked me if I still wanted it. After I drove here and have been waiting close to an hour for brunch and have hungry kids at home waiting. Smh

Between all the positive reviews and 4.7 stars I thought it sounded amazing. I was wrong. No one said hello when we walked through the door. For being a very small place I expected fairly quick service which I did not get. And then my order was wrong. My friends were just about finished eating when my correct order came out (which I still had to pay for). Thank goodness I had ordered 2 eggs with homefries that I was able to eat while waiting for my pancakes. But my home fries were also cold. Overall not a very good experience and I will not be returning.

Friendly staff and clean establishment. Its a little out of the way unless youre near/in the Renaissance office park (in which case, its very close!) I got a scrapple-egg-and-cheese sandwich and a coffee. The sandwich was tasty and pretty big. The coffee was diner-quality coffee, which is more than sufficient for such a place as this. I look forward to returning here often.

This place is a hidden gem, it was about a 12 minute drive from the King of Prussia Mall. The staff is very friendly and attentive the food was great, everything is at a great price can ask for anything better. Hearing some of the conversationsyou can tell that they have the regulars and you could tell that they really cared. I dare you to come try this place

I ordered the "Big Guy" French Toast options breakfast combo, worth every penny. Great, wonderful & funny staff. Fantastic classic decorations. I recommend this place for people looking for a random place to get breakfast or lunch. Lunch options look very tasty. My next visit most likely I will be wanting to try their Reuben sandwich.

Very alright; although my sausage skillet was good, my partners french toast sticks were too rich to finish and the bacon was bland. That said, their menu has a large variety, the atmosphere is cozy, and, unlike other reviews, we found their service warm and attentive. Would return to try their lunch food.

I thought it would be a great breakfast place due to the high reviews and the wide variety of options on the menu, however the food was either undercooked or burnt. The omlette was dry and made with liquid eggs from a carton. The service was horrible even though it wasnt busy.

Empty glasses. Empty cheese sticks. Half my sandwich was just bread. I was super excited to visit this restaurant after reading all the awesome reviews online. However they are lies. Friends banana pancakes were plain pancakes. Service was - meh. Wont be visiting again.

We had a really good breakfast here. The milk was liked the best by our son. The inside reminds me of alpine cabins where you take a meal between skiing. Very nice. The stuff took very good care of us. Will visit again when in the area.
