Whenever the owner is present the service is an excellent, smooth transaction with little to no problems however, without his presence it is BAD. I would never write a review like this unless I have had several occurrences especially since my family knows the owner "personally". We havent seen him in a while so Im hoping this gets to him so he knows how his business is operating without him. A while ago, I went and ordered online. I had paid for my food like it requires you to do, and I had gone to the store. By the time I got there the power went out (not sure of the cause). They had no knowledge of my order what so ever. Even tho I had paid, I was forced to go elsewhere. Believe me, I was pissed. Fast forward to today. This morning my parents and myself were in a rush to go to a meeting that started in the morning. I ordered some sandwiches which were ordered an hour prior to our arrival. I put in that we would be there at 8:02 (closest to 8 they had in the options) we get there a few minutes early so if there was a problem with our oder we would have extra time. We get there and the girl behind the counter LOOKED LIKE A DEER IN HEADLIGHTS!!! They didnt even SEE or order, or they didnt even care. They tried to explain how busy they were with a completely empty restaurant and no one in the parking lot. She tried to say "itll only take a moment" but we were already in a rush THAT IS WHY WE ORDERED ONLINE!!!! So, no breakfast for us today... and got a refund. Makes me mad when you offer something but you cannot uphold the service that you offer. If youre going to have this online thing, at least make it so that it actually works. I dont go here often so it wouldnt be much to write you guys off the options to begin with, and believe me. Im not the only person who has problems here. I hear of horror stories all the time. Long story short: just go somewhere else if you want a fast breakfast.

I was at this location about 2pm today and had a roaring headache and felt the need for one of your bagels . I asked them to turn down the music because of my headache and have to mention that they could not have been nicer if theyd been relatives (better than some of MY relatives). I am grateful that we have a place like this where the employees treat customers as old friends! The bagels are the best in the valley and the employees are tops too!

This place is amazing. The food was great! I got two different kinds of bagles and they both where really good ! It is a little bit out of the way for me but it was worth the drive. Whats also really nice is they have a lot of stuff your normal chain bagel shop dont have. I got the Cali sandwich and a Onion bagel with locks, now that stuff you dont find everyday now.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and I can say in all honesty it was the best breakfast sandwich Ive ever had. The sandwhiches and coffee I ordered were a breakfast persons nectar of the gods. Just go here, if your disappointed then theres somthing wrong with you. Cheers to the BB!

The chocolate chip bagels are GOOD but the Everything Bagels are EXCELLENT because they are covered top, bottom & sides with flavors of every kind. All the bagels with a flavoring added to the outside are completely covered !!!

I love their bagel sandwhiches. Sometimes the service can be slow.. I guess it depends on how busy it gets but I still enjoy going there for their bagel sandwiches.. so good the "eric" and the "clark" VERY GOOD
