The food here is low quality and badly prepared. We ate here twice. Once we had breakfast. It was like really bad diner food. The biscuits were bad. The country gravy was bad. The other time we had dinner. I remember the food being bad and both of us swearing we would never go there again. He had a barely edible chicken parm. He said the chicken was dry, the noodles were not fully cooked, and the sauce tasted like cheap ketchup. I cant remember my entree but I remember not being impressed. I specifically remember getting the bean salad as one of my sides. You know kidney beans, green beans, yellow green beans, onion, and bell pepper all pickled in vinegar. Well, it was fermenting with bacteria. It smelled off and there were little bubbles percolating all over in the liquid. That is so disgusting. It took me awhile to get the waitresss attention. When I showed her, she didnt care at all. She agreed to bring me something else when I asked. How do you not care when the food you serve is contaminated with bacteria?

The service was okay, although the waitress forgot a few things. I had the roast beef with mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy and a side salad. Mashed potatoes tasted like instant, but were lumpy so were not sure what they were. The roast beef was okay, not too much gristle for a "diner", the stuffing was sour, the salad was very small with iceberg lettuce, a few onions and tomatoes. Dessert was apple pie, which wasnt terrible. I dont have high expectations of "diner" food, but I do have reasonable expectations and this place just didnt cut it. Id stop in for coffee and apple pie but will no longer eat a meal there.

Great selection of food from seafood to home-town country cooking, reasonably priced, good portions, home made deserts, and great service. Will definitely go there again. We ate there with a small group, and most meals were great, one or two were slightly bland (a bit like cafeteria food). Great for groups of people with plenty of seating that can be rearranged to suite your group. Definitely better food and atmosphere in the inside than the appearance gives you on the outside.

very suprising to me the family and i stopped here for breakfast on our way to DC instead of fastfood for a nice sit down meal. it was absolutely horrible. The food was not prepared properly,the portion was less than filling,the sevice was the worst ive ever had the waitress would rather talk than serve this is why my meal was cold on top of that 23 dollers for a total of 5 eggs some homefry and toast little pricey if you ask me normaly dinners are great for breakfast not this one

As a diner it is five stars because it has a wide range of food. everything is well prepared Services generally fairly fast and friendly there always a number of decent specials if there is one complaint it would be it does not know so we have a huge dessert menu but I often dont eat dessert out so I dont really have an opinion on that if I could give four and a half Stars I would do it but Id rather give it five then4

Stopped in for an early dinner just because it looked clean and said "Welcome" over the entrance. Lots of choices, tough decisions, saw other tables being served and everything looked soooo good. Had nachos with crib and fish and chips. Food was really good. Service was comparable to 5 star. Friendly, helpful. A really nice experience. We will return!

My husband and I had heard about this restaurant "through the grapevine" and decided it would be a nice place to eat Sunday lunch. We were suprised at how busy the place was, and even more suprised by how quick our food came out. The service was great, food was excellent, and the price was right!

I have only had breakfast here on a few occasions. The food was good and the service was friendly. Its is a good family restaurant. Like anywhere else, when it gets busy they get behind but that is to be expected. Overall it has always been a pleasurable dining experience.

Delicious Homestyle food... I ordered breakfast, ham steak which was absolutely enormous and very flavorful, scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, home fries with jalapenos and onions added wheat toast coffee and water. The food was amazing and the service was excellent.

We were camping in the area. Went there for dinner twice. Very good service. Decent food. I got ham and eggs. The ham had to be at least a pound. ( a full steak). We had at least a meals worth of leftovers after each visit. Prices are very reasonable.
