Deserves ZERO stars. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Starbucks should do something about this store. I have been here only about 5 times and 3 of those times they failed to make my order at all or made the wrong thing! When I say something about it, they get all annoyed and sarcastic like it is MY fault they screwed up my order. Today the girl at the register was so busy trying to sell me Christmas stuff that she forgot to place my order. AGAIN! And then the barista gave me attitude! I just hate that place! Too bad! I like Starbucks products but I wont be back to this store. Dunkin Donuts is only a mile down the road.

Terrible, to quote another reviewer; this Starbucks deserves ZERO Stars. Ive been here a handful of times and refuse to go back. Walked out multiple times because the service is just TOO SLOW. This last time I was there, 4 employees were working, 3 of which were joking around, laughing, and throwing things at eachother. Cups were stacked on the coffee machine being filled by ONE of the 4 employees. Pathetic. Especially since there were only 3 customers in line. I had 2 orders in front of me, and it took a solid 20 minutes. T-W-E-N-T-Y minutes to finally leave. Management should be ashamed.

This Starbucks is the worst store ever. Every 6 months I try it again and experience the same poor service. Two people working, four standing in back laughing or sitting in the customer area and a long line of customers not getting service. There are two chubby brothers (maybe) that apparently are the managers (never seen either actually work) who lead the dysfunction. Starbucks corporate should come in and fire the lot of them.

This is a fairly typical Starbucks, perhaps busier than some of the others in the area. Unlike a lot of others, the layout lacks any nooks to hide in, but there is normally adequate seating. I am not a big fan of the change they made to the customer flow now that they flipped where you place your and you pick up.

This place cracks me up they never have the blends of coffee made everyday. The only coffee I can tolerate from starbucks is blonde roast. They never have it or only have it half of the day. If you offer something it shouldnt be half of the time either make it or dont. Wont be going back here anytime soon.

Loved the service, coffee and atmosphere. The staff is incredible and they get people in and out very quickly. They have the same crew that has been there for at least 2 years and they are the friendliest people in the world! I go there to start and end my day. they are my Starbucks FAMILY!!!

Ive had this experience a whole bunch of times at this starbucks. The caramel macchiatos consistently tastes burnt. From talking to a Barista, this is apparently due to too long a time gap between making the espresso and pouring it into the milk.

This place can be 5 stars worthy if it wasnt for their cheap plastic lids that leak tremendously. I stopped going to this particular Starbucks and recently returned several years later assuming the lids would be different. Nope.

This Starbucks is the closest one to my college. This location is pretty big compared to other locations. Also, when the weather gets nice, you can sit outside and relax. Conveniently located next to Stop & Shop.

Staff is pretty efficient, here, but its a busy location and the atmosphere is generally pretty stressful. Order queu typically snakes around to block non-ordering folks from getting through, to restrooms, etc.

Quick service, and they work well with mobile ordering. Theres a good amount of space to sit if you want, but most people are in and out quickly. Its generally a good place to grab some coffee to go.

Very nice lay out to this Starbucks. It was recently redesigned and the outside is quite unique. The staff is friendly and they make their drinks on point.
