This was our first visit. No hostess. No instructions about ordering at the counter before seating yourself. The staff in the kitchen were enjoying themselves and didnt notice that we were standing at the counter for a couple minutes. The cashier appeared bored. A rather unfriendly atmosphere. The eating area was clean and bright. The TV was mounted against the windows and the setting sun shining through the large windows made viewing it difficult. We ordered the regular thin-crust pizza. THE CRUST was wonderfully crispy! The toppings weere skimpy and the sauce was bland. We werent sure if it had any cheese on it. We also ordered a large tossed salad to share. It was LARGE, but did not contain the usual "tossed salad" veggies. It did have a LOT of sliced banana peppers and red onion. While it was served with two plates, the server brought only one fork. The dressings were in a take-out packet. The accompanying roll was good sized, but with only one small pat of butter. From other reviews we were expecting a "five star" experience. Wed give it one star. BUT, while we were there, there was a fairly steady stream of customers- both to eat-in and take out. For our taste, Pizza Hut does a better job. Visiting from Virginia.

Terrible woman to take your order, and also terrible delivery service. Not only were we not given a receipt for our delivery, but after repeating an addition to a meal more than once while ordering...We STILL didnt recieve what we ordered. Thankfully, since the employee who cant take an order to save her life tried to argue with a customer, the manager got on the phone and was WONDERFUL without attitude for their own screw up. He took full responsability, APOLOGIZED, took our # and address so the next time we order we wont be charged. My family and I have been ordering from this place for YEARS and NEVER has this occurred. So I blame it on a very poor employee, with a very distasteful attitude towards paying customers. Shame on Napoli.

Ive ordered here twice while in town. The food I have no complaints on, I do recieve a good dinner. My issue is with the lady that takes your order when you call in. She is rude, talking to me in a manner that suggests Im a burden on her day, complaining that Im ordering from the wrong menu, which is the menu that THEY have online, and then getting annoyed when I ask what they do sell that is similar to the item I originally wanted. I see another complaint about a similar experience. Maybe Napoli should do away with dead weight employees.

Ordered my standard pie: pepperoni, sausage and extra cheese--well done. They blew it out of the park! Excellent quality and great service. The cashier was very attentive. Ask yourself this, when was the last time you saw a kid minding the register, service table guests, taking orders, AND CLEANING!? Shes going to be something great some day. This place is worth your visit, time, and money.

Love their Sicilian, the best Ive found to date in the Pgh region!! Just ordered delivery for the first time & not only was the pizza delivered promptly & literally piping fresh out of the oven but the delivery driver also had a dog bone for my very excited pup!! I will be using their delivery option all the time from now on! Thanks again Napolis, keep up the great work!!!!

My husband Bob and I have been coming here prior to getting married. Weve been married for 25 years and this is our all time favorite pizza shop. Not only do you get the best dough around (secret recipe), but their sauce cannot be beat, only enhanced by what you put on your pizza. You get a little taste of Italy here with a friendly and accommodating staff.

pizza was good. prices were competitive. I wasnt a fan of the bread sticks or dipping sauce. Also the medium Sicilian appeared as though they cooked a large and put half in the box. its a square pizza and 1 side was soft. not crazy about it because i enjoy the crust.

8/1/15 - Horrible experience. Calzone ice cold. Zero customer service. Manager /cook wouldnt even come out of kitchen to address situation, made the poor high school girl deal with it. Gutless. We will never go back!!

Ive been out here for over a year and people say this or that about the best pizza in the burgh/monroeville area. THIS is good pizza. Napoli is my go to for zza now in Monroeville; I had to find it myself!

The seating area was 48 degrees! Pizza was greasy and left very much to be desired for flavor, Ham and cheese sub and Italian sub had cheap meat and very dry.
