There thin crust italiano is the best pizza I have ever had in my life. The tea is great, made with real tea bags and sugar and not that syrup stuff everyone has been using lately that taste like mass-production. They prepare everything the day they use it, so none of the vegetables are old and the dough isnt frozen. Salt and pepper on most tables (and a tray of it near the front, because really, who puts salt on pizza??.) The staff are all really friendly and maybe a bit overworked but they all seem to like each other, which I thought was pretty cool. When asked, they were happy to hand over a nutrition guide. Of course, when youre eating pizza (cheese, bread, etc) carbs are to be expected. Ill take carbs and fresh veggies over preservatives and "Tomato imitation" any day. Especially liked to see the manager behind the counter working with the rest of the staff, although he also came out to mingle with the guests. Looks really young, but he seems to be doing a great job. Salad bar is yummy, the pasta is simple but really good. Way more than I would expect from such a cheap price. And you get coupons with the E-club!! This store is fantastic, Im in there a couple times a week. Much better than the one at Myrtle Beach...

From the start we waited a while before anyone helped us at the store. And once the lady got there she had nothing but a attitude. Cigi the manager that was on duty was horrible. Desrespectful. Rude. Yelling across the store when I asked if she could make more sweet tea. 4 more people had to ask before someone made it. Asked for a certain. Once again cigi gave more attitude. While I was getting some cold food. There was a lady that I saw that had been standing at the front for a awhile and asked if she had been helped yet and she said no. So I had to yell to a lady in the back and she rolled her eyes and yelled for the manager. Manager (cigi) came around and looked at me with a attitude. There was guys in the back with no gloves on touching boxes and they said they didnt have anymore cheese so they were waiting on the truck. But once the truck was brining stuff in. They was in no rush at all to find it. Guys texting in back. Richard was the only nice and decent guy working here at the time of our visit. He apologized for all the problem we had. The service over all was horrible. #richardformanager

If I could give this place no stars I would. We use to love this place when it first opened, but with so many other places opening up havent been in a while. Last saturday night we went. To say it was nasty is an understament. It was packed and beyond nasty. No pizza. Our party of 8 maybe got 2 or 3 slices of pizza a piece. As we were waiting for more pizza to cook more people were coming in just lining the buffet, so when new pizza did come out you didnt get any. They probably had way more people in there then they were suppose to. Seemed like had no manager or any one in control to put some order in the place. We will never go back!!

We dont go to CiCis Pizza very often and will probably stop going all together. The last three times we went the bar stayed empty just about the entire visit. This left us filling up on what ever we could get our hands on which didnt make anyone very happy. The people making the pizzas didnt seem to care and barely put forth any effort in trying to get pizzas in the oven. On our last visit my wife saw the guy use a dirty rag (and place his rag covered finger in a pizza) while removing pizzas from the oven. I would rather pay a few extra bucks and get a pizza Im happy with than eat cheap and feed on scraps. 3-Strikes

Unannounced to the management I brought 32 guests to celebrate my moms 75th bday. I had planned on an outdoor celebration a month ago but weather conditions yesterday wouldnt permit an outdoor event. One family member suggested Cicis Pizza and we went..... the management and staff were so professional and extremely pleasant. Even thanking us for choosing them for our event. I LOVE CICIS, THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ACCOMMODATE OUR 30+ party and even made my mom a birthday specialty pizza of her choice toppings. She was thrilled and so was I. THANK YOU FLORENCE CICIS

Absolutely nothing. The pizza was dry and tasteless. The desserts were old and had been sitting out for a long period...hence why no one was touching them. I had to literally give a rationale as to why I wanted my food prepared fresh instead of eating was on the buffet bar. Even the soup was a disaster and extremely greasy. The young lady who apparently was on the management team was biting her nails while casually standing by the food. Im sure the Health Department would love to the video I have of her. I would prefer to rate it with a F-.

The Positive, this could suck more. If you have no other choice, this is the place for pizza. The overworked help turn out loads of cheap pizza for people who value quantity over quality. Yes they have a mac & cheese pizza, you heard right, a carb lovers delight.There were no salt or black pepper shakers on the table, just cheese and red pepper. Salad toppings are meager. Dressing is not special, soup taste canned. Taco pizza is lettuce and tomatoes and grated cheese on a browned plain crust.

Husband and I went there for lunch. Husband bit into a freshly made pizza and bit into something strange. It was part of a plastic sauce wrapper! Asked to see the manager and showed her. She was pleasant and said I know what that is,took the plate back to the kitchen and that was the end of our conversation. No apologies offered, nothing!

Always has a great selection of pizzas and they always have a crowd. They do a terrific job it keeping fresh pizzas on the bar. A great place for kids birthday parties, team parties or a very casual meal with the family.

I love the cinnamon rolls they have, the prices are amazing. All the pizza u can eat for under 8-7.00. Its no pizza hut but Im all for saving money plus I love pizza. I give this place a B.
