Absolutely horrible service for the third time. I thought I would have learned my lesson the first time. A girl by the name of Alicia, asked us what do you want right when we were walking in, with no eye contact and was ticked off that myself and my 2 young boys . She was cleaning up like she was closing and we were there at 730 pm. I asked her for a certain sub and she rolled her eyes like I was putting her out so I just went with a turkey and cheese... But didnt want her to have to do too much work. My one boy asked for a pizza and she stated that she had to thaw them out and that they would take too much time to make. Then she said they only had 4... I didnt understand that... I only wanted one! Last time we were there they said the same thing but it was made within 5 minutes. Behind the counter was filthy with paper all over the floor. If I would have seen that I would have passed. So to make it easy we got two plain old subs for the boys. On a good hand, at one time, we had a guy by the name of Brandon which was extremely friendly, and made the comment that whenever he works he usually is the one to do all the work. I would like to see more of him and less of her. I can see his struggle. Its subway, I did the fast food when I was a kid... It is not rocket science, come on! We will not be going back to this location, there is one in center lititz that is filled with people that actually care about how you are when they ask.
