The Hostess, and I believe it to be a part owner as well, was very rude and not very accommodating whatsoever. Their food is over priced with poor quality, small portions, and the presentation was just mediocre. The wait staff is very service challenged. If you do not mind spending 90% of your time to be seated, placing your order, and if you need a refill on your drink you might want to bring some sort of signaling system maybe a big white flag will work. When you do finally get their attention its as if its a problem or inconvenience. I know this place is in a strip mall but its not very clean and I noticed afterwards their score was not very good at all. Ive sadly been to better, more clean and comfortable places with an attentive staff and courteous host/hostess. Furthermore if you want good hibachi go to the Shogun; its much nicer, with better service and prices. And as for the sushi, Wasabi and Sakura Do in Hershey are far far better and guaranteed fresh. Its easy to tell sushi thats been sitting around to long theres usually a brown/grey tint and the edges are dry. Please be careful; sushi can put you in the hospital! Well I hope this saves you from a bad experience and possible sushi food poisoning.. Im am no way affiliated or employed with Wasabi or the Sakura Do; I go by experience and if I owned a restaurant I would be sure my staff and mostly I myself made my guests comfortable and provided any accommodations that I could. If you can not provide this type of experience for your guests you should not expect to have return customers or a long life to your business.

Disappointed in the hibachi but the sushi was good. Also very rude servers... we made a reservation, came in they tried to sit us in between tables so I asked if we could just sit at another table. They said it was fine it would just be a minute to clean it off... the table was clean and they tried to sit us in between tables again. They said they were waiting on someone with that group so I asked again if we could sit at another table... than this customer pops off at me telling me Im condescending and rude... I was in shock! All I asked if I could sit at another table... finally they out us at another table and the server was rude to me the rest of the night! We will never go back!

The flavor of our Hibachi meals were outstanding. Each offering had its own delicious flavor. I have been to others where the whole meal has the same flavor not this place. I had Steak & Chicken Hibachi and my son had Chicken Hibachi and a Sushi appetizer. Weve passed by this place many times...dont do that. Go in and enjoy yourselves. The staff was pleasant, attentive and patient (the menu is so big). Prices might be a tad high but my steak was the best Ive had anywhere and I would happily return without hesitation.

I love this place! They are friendly and the sushi is great! I have not had any problems with gift cards Ive bought as gifts or received. I like to keep an eye on the special board near the sushi bar for limited time sushi offerings. I ALWAYS get a Good Time Roll, and if you arent a big fan of sushi but like cream cheese, this roll is a great starting place. Its not super fishy tasting, is lightly fried, and has a special sauce they put with it.

The sushi here is very good, and reasonably priced. They have a pretty large selection as well. Ive had sushi at a high-end place in California and this is nearly equivalent for about a fourth of the price. Their soup and salad are good, complete with ginger dressing for the salad. I have not ever had the hibachi but their other main meals such as their salmon terryaki are very good. Would highly recommend.

The sushi options are good here. The three stars are for the wait staff. Their service has been terrible more times than not. There has been a few times in their terrible service where they never came to my table or spot at the sushi bar. Ive been completely ignored until the hostess stepped up. The only times I get good service is when the manager has waited on me.

Its a great place to eat! Prices are average for restaurant standards, but a little high compared to other takeout options. The hibachi experience is entertaining and delicious, and the sushi is well made--even artfully at times. A slight drawback is that its BYOB, but I wouldnt expect that to be a deterrent for many people. Definitely recommended!

Absolutely terrible experience here. The food is decent but their wait staff is so rude. Had a waiter huffing and puffing because my wife and showed up at 230 and they close at 3. Told us to make sure we were done eating before 3. I will never eat here again. Go to Harrisburg or Lancaster much better Sushi and service.

The sushi is good, but the service is exceedingly POOR. I purchased a gift certificate to the store and the manager would not redeem the gift because I did not retain every piece of documentation. The sushi is also comparably expensive. For a better price, service, and sushi, check out Tokyo Diner in Hershey.

Over an hour wait for takeout on a Friday. Sushi is below average. Hibachi is good but far more reasonably priced for lunch. Recommend this place for dine in only, significant differences in food quality when you order it as take out. If youre going for just sushi Id highly recomend going elsewhere.

I liked this place until I purchased a gift card for a relative. They went to redeem the gift card after 2 months and the receptionist told them that it had expired after 30 days. They would not extend it or even try to give any money back. I will not recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Truly a diamond in the rough. The quality of the food far succeeds the exterior. They have tons of classic Japanese dishes, even some things youd expect to fins at Japanese carnivals. They have hibachi grill and even sushi. The sushi is great and you get to see the cuts of meat being used.

This place is great. We were hesitant to go in because it is located in a strip mall, but we regret not having entered earlier! What an excellent establishment-- great food, exceptional service, and extremely clean restaurant.

Very good Sushi, and a nice atmosphere. I never ate anything here outside of Sushi, but I highly recommend it. Fast and accurate peppers. Waitresses can be a bit slow sometimes but that happens.

Horrible service. Never received my food. Other person got steak and shrimp before I got a salmon roll. Very expensive for what you received. And server diapered for at least 20 minutes.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Wayyyyy overpriced. Service sucks, I was never even offered a refill on my drink because the server disappeared for about 30 min. i regret stepping foot in that place!
