Ive been here several times to purchase beer to go, which is excellent here since with so many single-bottle choices to try you can find new favorites without much risk, but I refuse to come anymore. Nearly every time I made a purchase, I left with a cloud over my head from some odd attitude or behavior encountered from the staff. They make their pricing a bit too complex for even themselves to handle, and they always need to come out from behind their booth instead of having a handy list (or god forbid trusting the customer here and there). One time, I handed the cashier my money, and he decided not to give me my change and continued to talking to one of his buddies. It was a matter of some change that I wasnt going to argue over, but a thank you or simple goodnight might have been more fitting than simply ignoring me until I walked away baffled. The last time I was here, the female running the counter was also involved in conversation, and seemed perturbed by having to help me with my purchase. As usual, they gave me a hard time about the price of the beer I was purchasing, then she asked me for identification (although I am 23, I do not get asked for this often), then proceeded to hold my id up in the darkly-lit room that she was in and told me that there was something wrong with it. According to her, there should have been a hologram located in the lower right corner of the license. Anyway, I didnt know what she was talking about and insisted that I received it legally and it has been swiped at several other locations. She still was adamant that there was a problem with it. I didnt really know what to say, but then she said that she would give me the beer anyway but that I would not be served in the future if a certain other employee was working. I said I had no idea who that was, but that I had been served several times before there without a problem. She repeated herself again with some distain. I tried to be polite about it at first, but her comment combined with ignoring me since I walked into the store quickly ended that. I let her know that I really didnt need to be given beer when there is a liquor store next door. If she genuinely thought I was holding a fake, she would not have given me the beer, so the hard time was really not appreciated. I kept coming back when I know I should not have, but that was the last straw. Now that Super Foodtown is no longer open it is a real shame that I cannot even buy decent beer without worrying about the kind of treatment I will get. It doesnt matter what time you go, either, day or late night they will not be kind or help you find something. Take a trip out to Wegmans if you want some good beer, or slowly come to enjoy wine more like I have from opting for the liquor store instead. More places are sprouting up all the time, so this place needs to start being more concerned about outlook if they want to stay in business. As of right now, theyre not worth anyones time.

Really good selection of beers and events that change quite quickly. Bottle choice is good not great but they cover a wide set of beer types. They have a few veg-friendly items and they seem to be adding more vegetarian options all of the time. The food menu changes quite a lot so you may always grab something new when you go. During the summer a lot of the changing menu is based on the items that they are able to source locally. Ask for the hot sauce during the summer if they are able to get ghost peppers, they made a hummus that was amazingly hot and they create a barbecue sauce with the peppers.

Awesome, awesome food. The best burgers, fries, and nachos for miles. Words cannot express. Plus, their booze selection is enormous. The qualitys far better than anything Id expect to find in a strip mall. Im only in Lansdale occasionally to meet up with family from all over the nation, and we always make a point of going here. (Tonight, for example.) Try the Philly Cheesesteak Sliders!

The beer in their cooler is warm, the cashier takes 20 minutes to process two six packs while discussing his relationship issues with any waitress that would listen. I go there for the beer selection but even that has gotten bland, what had promise now has a headace attached to its name.

Blue Dog finally went nonsmoking, so I can get takeout beer without coughing my lungs out. A star for that Another plus is the bottle beer selection; they have a decent selection of weird beers as well as the usual horse pop... another star! If you get food, the chili is not bad.

Theyre customer service is poor , they see you waiting but are rude, not quick to answer questions, or assist with purchase in a timely fashion, plenty of options to go out to eat or to have a drink at another establishment

The staff has always been friendly. Lots of beer selections. Always a full stock.great prices! Being new to pa, they had no problems accepting my out of state id unlike many other establishments.

Great atmosphere, terrific food, generous portions and flavorful. Rob was attentive and had a great personality. My girlfriend and I had a great time! They have 55 cent wings and free pool!

Good food and friendly staff! I love the hot turkey on a pretzel bun. Theres a huge selection of beers and 6 packs. Only issue is it gets packed at night and theres not a ton of seating.

Theyve really come far with their food and their menu is delicious! The specials are unique and so tasty! And the service is really good. It just has very limited seating.
