0ne thing all negative reviews have in common is the poor service..well they lived up to those reviews on Aug 12. The place was packed for musicfest.the main bar had between 3 and 4 bartender. I waited for about 10 min and noticed some kid come up behind me. The bartender noticed him and poured him a beer. When I co.plained she told me he had a wrist band a d knew what he was Fri king. I told her that doesnt mean he should be served immediately...i think she knew him..she then refused me service..short girl with green glasses. Calling her manager in the morning.

What an absolute waste of a prime location at the foot of the Steel Stacks. Bland food, horrendous service. We both found hairs on the lips of our pint glasses, which was a first. Never received an apology, didnt get the drinks comped. In fact, our server didnt come by at all, so we had to return the drinks ourselves. If youre looking for somewhere to hang before a concert or event at ArtsQuest, go elsewhere. We will not be returning any time soon.

Poor service, had to go inside to request the server to take drink orders and then again for dinner orders. 40 year old men at the bar were acting like 21 year old frat boys, wrestling and slap fighting as the bar staffed watched. When we did finally get the food, our tables dinner came out in 2 waves 15 minutes apart. The food was all over cooked and lacking flavor. Just overall a failure for atmosphere, service, and food quality.

A nice bar location by the steel stacks and essentially inside the ice skating rink. The outside is nice during the summer and especially during musikfest and has live music. The inside is cool with huge windows to the skating rink where you can watch hockey if its being played with your drink. The beer selection was ok, but much better during Musikfest when they had two beer trucks pouring beer. Service was a little slow but friendly.

This was probably the worst service I have ever recieved in my entire life the first time i even go to this place I literally didnt even get to the point where I was able to order the blond bar tender was very rude and not welcoming her facial expression was absolutely terrible she offended my friend and I and literally walked right now they will never get a dollar out of me I wish I could rate this place 0 stars but its not letting me

An excellent atmosphere located in Southside Bethlehem without the clamoring of the nearby Lehigh University students. As such, expect to run into a 30-40 year old crowd. You can see directly into the ice rink from the bar so its a great way to watch the game and enjoy a drink or two. Also, the food is seriously excellent and the prices are very good. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Great live music, service was prompt and courteous. Hot Buffalo sauce of wings was not good... Hot sauce with vinegary chopped pepper spread mixed in...Tasted terrible with the otherwise delicious blue cheese sauce. Please go to a normal Buffalo sauce recipe.

This place is just simply amazing wonderful time great bands on Thursday Friday and Saturday night food is unbelievable staff very courteous very polite well hidden place in bedroom great place to hang out with friends and family definitely recommend..

Great place for live bands every Friday and Saturday nights. Drinks a little on pricy side but no cover for music. Bartender customer service is so so at best. Food is only ok. When weather permits they have a big outside patio to eat and drink

Didnt eat there but was there for a band. The bar was way understaffed which leads to very poor service. Stood at the bar for 10-15 minutes and gave up. Both bartenders were on other side of bar.
