My friends wanted to do a get together for the Eagles game on a Sunday afternoon. We decided to go to Fox and Hound in KOP. The place wasnt over crowded, so it is weird to be sitting at a table for over half an hour waiting to place a second drink order. You know it is bad when the entire table has empty glasses in front of them. As the games began the only audio playing was from the Pittsburgh Steelers game on at the same time. Sure, there were a few tables of Pittsburgh fans, but there were also plenty of Eagles fans there. Imagine trying to watch a game while hanging out with friends and not being able to hear it. We asked the wait staff to switch the audio to the HOME TEAM GAME, and we were told no. Last time I checked King of Prussia was closer to Philly than Pittsburgh. It was a disgrace. I was seething the entire time, and left at the half. I will never go back to this place and neither will anyone else in my group. Traitors, hope kowtowing to the Pittsburgh fans was worth it.

After leaving the king of prussia mall we wanted to stop somewhere not crowded. Luckily Fox & Hound was close by! I imagine it gets pretty packed there later in the day, but when we went it was nice and quiet. There were a few people at the bar and in the back, and I honestly wasnt expecting anything much other than mediocre bar food. I was wrong though. The French dip was sooo good, and the drinks were nice and strong. Im not a big sports bar goer, but usually if you go to restaurants around where I live the drinks are watered down, not here though. For what you get the food is very well priced, and the tator tots were delicious. Also, our waitress was incredibly nice, I forget her name, but she always had a smile that seemed genuine :) Only thing I didnt like was the serious lack of foxes.

Been coming here every Tuesday for 2 years... The day I get served at a table before having to ask 3 people after an hour of sitting is the day I change this review. To give an example, Im writing this while sitting at a table now, watching servers do everything but their jobs. The inexperienced servers walk aimlessly not knowing what to do, while the experienced ones just hit on their preferred customer of the night. The manager walks by about 20x a night, not asking himself why all of these tables have no food on them... Seriously, what restaurant doesnt have zones? How is it that no matter what table Im at, none of the servers "know" whos supposed to be serving us? ...Getting some dudes number is not as important as asking if I want wings, sorry.

We came in on a Friday night around 9, there wasnt anyone at the host stand to greet us. Once we found someone we were sat and our server came in reasonable time. We ordered a meal each with a side salad and nachos as an app. We waited over 30 minutes for all of our food to be brought out. As we finished our food, 4 waitresses walked by and not one of them asked to take our dishes. Our server came out and gave us our check but never came back to get our card. We ended up paying cash because we wanted to get out of there. Food wasnt bad, but it was basic bar food. I recommend this place if you have nothing planned and can wait to be served.

I used to love this place, but now its not even close to what it used to be. We went to watch the first game of the Eagles season. The restaurant was nearly empty and there was no "football atmosphere". The thing that bothered me most was their beer. The beer itself was fine, but I was served both Bud Light and Lagunitas IPA in a 13oz glass. The Bud Light was on "special" for $3.50 and the Lagunitas was $6.25. Ive never been ANYWHERE that served beers under 8.5%ABV in less than a pint glass. Overall, my experience was very underwhelming and I dont feel its worth the drive anymore.

Sat for FIFTEEN minutes with no server in sight. Well, thats incorrect. Four servers were chilling by the POS and chatting while completely ignoring us. Walked out after waiting and asked the hostess if our server was ever going to come by. Rudely dismissed by the hostess as she pretended to help another customer- probably shirked the conversation to avoid speaking to us. Overt racism suspected. Were all red-blooded, 20%+ tipping Americans. If we are profiled by our race and denied service, not sure how this establishment can still be in business. Would not go again.

Tried to take the family out for a nice dinner and we were disrespected by this establishment. Went in to see what the wait time was, she told us 20 minutes....One hour and 10 minutes later...still waiting with not even a hint of anyone coming over to inform us of what is going on....People were getting seated that came in after us as well as people that were coming from the bar...asked the hostess why she told us 20 minutes, her answer was "you see how busy we are"? Place is a joke, dont bother wasting your time like we did....totally killed our night out...

Went here for lunch recently and the bar tender was horrible. I sat there for 10 minutes with only 3 others at the bar before she could be bothered to leave her conversation with a manager or other patron. Then when I actually wanted to order a beer from left hand brewing, she told me it was a Stout when in fact it was a pale ale. My advice would be to educate your bartenders and make sure theyre more concentrated on serving customers than socializing

Food was OK but we had a female waiter who did not behave properly. When I asked for water she showed me the previous glass of water she got for my friend on the table. I was about to ask her if she wants the whole group (4 of us) to drink from the same glass!!! That was very inappropriate behavior. She was frowning to serve us what ever we ordered and we did not enjoy that night and it was very upsetting.

Something is up with this place.... most of the time I go there I feel like a second class person and Ive been there so many time I dont get it.. i just go fro the sports thats all and I make sure I am polite but they seem to be intent on the behavior... the food is good most of the time, but the service is questionable for men like me... but for others Im sure its a great place.

I have been to Fox a few times, but nothing compared to the experience I had last evening. Disgusting is the only word to describe the experience. 1. There was a bug in the water. 2. I saw a mouse. In the restaurant area. Twice. 3. The wrong food came out. 4. The fish and chips were slimy and grey. 5. The remaining food was cold. I will never go there again.

This place is in need of a total overhaul. Walking in the front door and it appears to be closed - no one is there to greet you and its dark. The bathrooms are disgusting. I wouldnt go back here if you paid me. There are so many other choices in King of Prussia, I cant figure out why this place is still open. The only saving grace is the wait staff is very courteous.
