If you like paying $2.50 for a cup of cream cheese and a plastic knife to go with one of their stale frozen bagels, then this is the place for you. Ive given this place several chances, and they dissapoint every time. You would be better off buying some supermarket brand frozen bagels that are a year out of date, backing over them with your car, and spreading some health food store low fat free range cow cream cheese over them, than ordering a bagel with cream cheese at this saxbys

Nice service people is the only good thing to say. Two sandwiches and two coffees cost $24. OK, fine. I expected that. But I also expected a decent sandwich. The chicken quality was worse than McDonalds: tough and rubbery. I spat out at least two bites (only eating it because i was very hungry), and I never spit out food. The turkey was only slightly better. The coffee was mediocre. The only decent part were the chips (which came prepackaged of course).

Woman who took our order was very nice. Everything else sucked. Order didnt make it 6 feet over to the kitchen. Waited over 20 minutes. Not one of our bagels was prepared as requested. Food preparer was unapologetic and one item was never delivered at all. Last time at Saxbys. Go to Brew Ha Ha! Awesome food, GREAT service.

As far as local coffee places go, this one, for me, take the cake. Though their menu is nothing to write home, or Google, about, the space is perfect for to get work done in the day-time. Though it gets crowded, there is plenty of room to site -- and an upstairs. When in the area, Ive definitely spent days their working away.

The atmosphere is warm and cozy, the staff is always pleasant, the food is good (with more tasty options than Starbucks) , they serve breakfast all day and are super accommodating and their drink options are great! I do wish they were open a little later but for an afternoon cafe trip theyre the best

The food looks good but I havent tried it. The coffee is weak and overpriced. The service is equally weak. The space is attractive and large but the other customers are an odd bunch. I have been back twice as the location is perfect for me but I doubt I will go back a third time.

Decent service, but my drink was never made when there were only 3 people waiting and I had to remind the barista, but on the upside, the customer service was great and I was given a voucher for a free drink.

Its sad that your hours say 8PM on the door, and on Google maps, but when I go to open the door at 7:46PM to go in for a quick coffee after work, the doors are already locked. Id call that false advertising.

Great service and coffee. Parking can be tough. Store is much bigger than the available number of spots. The usual coffee shop crowd. Kids with MacBooks, old guys with ponytails reading eclectic books, etc.

The building has several different seating areas and nooks to hide away in. Great for small gatherings or coffee breaks. Great drinks, good food, and the companys app is pretty useful.

I love Saxbys so much! This particular location has a second floor which is great for studying and or lounging. I always get the iced marshmallow mocha and it has yet to disappoint.
