Im describing two experiences at this store. Last week I came in and had an issue and wished to speak to a manager. The manager was there in the store but was apparently too busy or couldnt be bothered to come speak to me. The employee was very polite and kept apologizing to me, but seriously I was there for a good 10 minutes or so for a special order. Why couldnt I be given the courtesy of speaking to her? Shaking my head here. Part 2: Im back at the store today. I guess its a typical busy Sunday morning here as the drive thru is busy and the parking lot is completely full. Turns out there are only 3 people working there in the entire store! It made no sense. Everyone looked completely miserable and stressed out. The staff were all very polite but clearly stressed and were, at moments, literally running through the store. The man that helped me had sweat dripping down his face which was kind of gross but I guess thats what happens here. The two other workers nearly slammed into each other at full speed. I just stood back and watched. My order was actually ready pretty fast despite all this mess. I walked out wondering whats wrong here. I dont visit Starbucks that frequently, but this isnt how any business should be run. Does the Starbucks Corp read these reviews - because there is obviously some problem at this place?

I went there twice. First time, I went into the store ordered bakery item, it tasted dry and hard, not freshly baked at all. Second time, I used the drive-thru lane because I was in a hurry, I ordered a bakery item and a coffee, the person only gave me my coffee. I kept waiting, and did not see him come back. So I started honking, there were other of his coworkers in the store, at least 2, that saw and heard me but ignored me. I then continued honking, until the person (who gave me my coffee) came back, I told him I ordered a bakery item, he looked in his records and said I did not pay. How can I pay if he forgot to charge it? So I gave him more money, and told him to hurry up. I was late for work because of his errors. The drive-thru lane is not supposed to take more than 2 mins, but it cost me 10 mins at Starbucks. Will never return to Starbucks again.

Yesterday after leaving work at 5:30pm on July 17th. I stopped at Starbucks drive thru. I wanted to pick up a few deserts to keep at my apartment. So I asked about several which I was told by an overly sweet sarcastic voice that they were out and that I would hate her. Then I asked for three items, she then said "How many more deserts are you going to order today sir, 20 or 30?" This was very inappropriate and disrespectful. The Women was Asian and must have only worked there for a few weeks because I have never seen her before. But I can tell you this, I will NEVER spend my money at that store again and maybe not at Starbucks again at all if that is the kind of customer facing insults that customers can expect.

The store location is really convenient for me. It has good seating arrangement with power outlets which is really helpful. The staff is really friendly. I go to this store 4-5 days a week and have never experienced any problem with the order of my coffee drinks. The only complaint I have is that their cakes does not taste fresh (so only 4 stars) and have hard outer crust which you get when the cake is left uncovered for few days..... or may be they need to store the cakes in a better way which keeps it fresh and not taste like a stale one.

Service is definitely lack luster. I frequent this store as it is close to my house. The same person usually takes my order and has no enthusiasm. I have had warmer welcomes from a cold wet towel, but somehow I always greet her with a smile and she stands there with no personality or acknowledgment that I have ever been to this store before.

such a shame-this Starbucks used to be great; now, 70% of the baristas are nasty, and theres no consistency anymore-you order the same exact drink 2 days in the row, and they are not the same :( This is the closest Starbucks to my house, but I go to the one at Five Points now, or Saxbys. Go if youre desperate, but if not, go elsewhere!

This location is great. Even when they are really busy, the employees are very efficient and friendly (especially Stacey) who has my order ready to go in seconds. They also have plenty of spots to charge your phone which is very convenient. The parking is big enough to not be a problem like other Starbucks.

This is my go to Starbucks. Some of the staff have been there as long as I can remember; which is nice seeing familiar faces. The down fall of this place is that it is never properly staffed, and therefore always chaotic... If they got their ish together, this store would really flourish!

The place is fine. The service we get today is really bad. We ordered two latte and wanted mugs. The mug was not clean and when we told them that, we got a cup of latte with horrible quality. We will never come back to this place again. We love Starbucks, but not this place!

The store is very convenient for me but 9 out of 10 times there is a line whether there are 3 staff or 6. The Montgomery store down the street seems to be able to service people more efficiently. The items served are ok rarely exceptional.

This is my regular store to go to. The staff is always friendly and its normally not a long wait. They do get slammed during some peak times but its still faster than many other places Ive been to.

I ordered an iced coconut milk mocha macchiato and was given a regular caramel macchiato (mediocre by the way). Hopefully this location can step up their game or else I will probably not be back

My most frequently gone to location. The manager is super nice and it trickles down to the staff and atmosphere. Even though its the closest to my house I would still go there if it wasnt.

This place is good and theres a nice outdoor seating area, perfect for the summer weather but is away from the street so it is good to have a nice, relaxed cup of coffee

Unconventional to enter or exit. Staff miserable food overpriced and often stale. Go to target instead or chicken filet even Dunkinl donuts by the MC Donalds is ok
