Today I went to the buffet.....NEVER AGAIN at this location!!! It started by getting sat at a dirty table. Then we go get the first batch of the buffet which was completely cold and under cooked. Also they had box of mop heads and cleaning supplies right across from buffet with a young worker sitting at a table.Then we try for a second....but the buffet was nonexistent!!! We had to wait for about 15minutes for more food to come out. Which I dont understand since the restaurant was busy with everyone getting the buffet except for one table in the restaurant?!?! Then when asked at the end of the meal how everything was.....I explained very slow and worst experience I ever had at a buffet. The employee looked at me and said...SORRY TO HEAR THAT!!! That was it ...no compensation was even offered. Save your money and spend it at an establishment that truly appreciates your business. Thank you!

Placed an order for deliver to never receive my order. I asked when placing the order to make sure we were in the delivery area and was assured that my address was. After waiting 40 minutes for my order I received a call from the delivery person that we were not in the delivery area and would not get the order. I called the manager and was informed the same and that to deliver it because of their mistake would have taken away from future customers. So the current paying customer is not important to this pizza hut.

The place does nothing to support local service clubs when asked for donation for door prizes. They give a lame excuse, and not sure how they stay in business. The food is average, and over priced. I would recommend that people stay away from this place. GO TO MARIOS PIZZA OR MAMMA MARIAS

Place is dirty, menus stick to your hands (not just mine, all three at the table) bathrooms are dirty and need updating badly. The whole place needs to be remodeled.. Staff was ok, just putting in thier time.

Had a helpful waitress, food was both good and served punctually even though they were a bit busy. Overall good experience, will definitely visit this one again in the future.

They had good food for Pizza Hut standards. Overall, it was good but, the waitress was slow ,delivering the food. but overall, it was an okay visit to pizza hut for dinner.

Ever since they reopened their pizzas have been undercooked and really doughy. Pizza barley melted. Every disappointed. Either new staff or they just dont care
