Worst morning staff ever. Brenda is nice and customer service oriented, the other morning woman is terrible. I work 7pm to 7am most nights. Burger king was the only place I could go to get any type of dinner type food so early in the morning. All of a sudden a few months ago their broiler is down every morning so they "cant make burgers". However they would still gladly server me items from their fryer ie. Fries or chicken. Im a reasonable person so this compromise was fine for me for a few months. However the last two times I have gone for a crispy chicken sandwich and a large fry, Im told "this is breakfast!" In a nasty tone. I apologize for the inconvenience and inform them I work nights. Then I get "sorry have a nice day". Not even an offer of a breakfast item, just a denial with a feigned have a nice day. I will say, the amount of overtime I work each week leads to more fast food than I would normally eat. That being said, if not for the constant attitude and feeling like Im apologizing for buying something from these people, your company would receive my business multiple times a week instead of almost never. Again Brenda is awesome. The blonde heavy set raspy voiced morning woman should not be in a customer service based job.

The General Manager "Tyler" was such a hateful individual. The unprofessionalism that he displayed makes me sick. I dont understand how he still works there( maybe he has a family member who hired him) but either way I hope he gets fired. I usually go to BK all the time, but after my awful experience with Tyler, o wont be returning. No customer service skills whatsoever, just a complete jackass!

I drive a tractor trailer. Went to get dinner at 10 after 10. Dining room closed at 10. Drive through is open to midnight. Was turned away by the drive through girl. Would not wait on walk up customers at drive through. Was also told by the drive through girl that the food is better at the Wawa down the road that I should go there. Never stopping here again.

Was there on 8.28.08 at 12:45PM. Had to ask an employee to clean tables so we could sit down to eat. After 5 minutes someone came out to clean one area only. It was raining and there were several leaks at the glass sun rooms. Food took way too long to get.

This location has no changing tables in restrooms and as far as the cinnabons.... horrible representation to the cinnabon corp. They Should withdraw them from burger kings. Also restrooms filthy. And yes that is what you think it is on the wall!

Very friendly and polite staff with good customer service. I come here a few times per week using coupons from the app on my phone and they always honor them. The wait for your food isnt usually long, and the food is delicious.
