TreIed to order a Halloween cookies and they couldnt get them shipped until November 5th? And still wanted to charge $45 dollars for shipping??? Really..... couldnt even do next day shipping Who wants Halloween cookies for Thanksgiving and your customer service person could use a lesson in people skills!!! This was the first time I went to order with this company because I received one for my birthday and liked it. Guess I will be looking elsewhere

I ordered on-line and there were so many choices. My SIL and brother welcomed a new baby last week and I wanted something special just for my 3-1/2 year old nephew so he would have something to enjoy while everyone was fussing around his new brother. The sports-themed cookies were perfect for him and the fact that I was able to choose the number of cookies to send to him, plus personalize some of the cookies, made it a real treat for both of us!

Great customer service, the lady let me stop by after hours and called to follow up as I had a long day and completely forgot they closed at 5, she let me stop by which was really appreciated! I have been ordering from the store for years, love the cookies and the designs are great. I also was admiring the holiday cookie display in their window, they are trendy and very beautiful!

The quality of the cookies is excellent. My recipients have all been pleased with the packaging and delivery of the cookie bouquets, as well as the taste and detailed decoration of the cookies. One friend enjoyed the appearance of the bouquet so much that she delayed eating the cookies for as long as she could resist them!

The issue I had was being told the cookies would be going out, "first thing in the morning." I found out after having my 6 year old granddaughter waiting all day that while the cookies did go out in the morning it was scheduled as the last stop well after five pm. Just be straight up when asked about delivery time.
